There is a major rule something like investing. You have to amount out how inflation and taxes will affect your profits. That leaves government bonds stale as investments since inflation is higher or only as high as the bond rates. You involve about a 7% compound annual return at this time in the past you even break even. There are very few investments that you can impart you over 7%. At that level, you mill stipulation to grow something or use the money to buy the resources to build something.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DNWIBhmY...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n3g5lUgk...
Do you guys think this is only any old recession, and zilch big. People just over react too much?
Or.
Do you think this is huge and possibilty of the currency to crash, and this could turn into a crash?
Sorry the vids are long, and i little over reactive next to background music, but i would resembling your input.
Also, when the fed cuts interests, the dollar falls, so if the feed raises it, will the dollar strengthen?
Answers: Both video's be fairly entertaining. The 1st quoted Robert Kiyosaki as some expert on the stock flea market. He is a fairly economically know stock market basher. He think everyone should invest in TRUE estate instead.
In the 2nd video, I very much did resembling the impending doom music. Tho I am doubtful that you can take the world's largest cutback out of the mix (United States), and the rest of the world will just step merrily along without us.
Unless the federal reserve & the management mismanage the problem very defectively (like they did in 1929), I simply don't see this as coming to pass.
There have been hoarding going on from since time have begun. They telephone call them the "money changers". Economies will continue, no thing what to the extent that food and shelter and clothing will be made available to the masses. All government have to do is engineer sure there is a distribution of so-so means for the public to afford supporting necesssities. We might not live in castle, but we will have housing etc.
The hoarders will verbs to hoard and hopefully be benevolent in cases of devastation so they too can find some love.
The dollar can travel to zero and the public will still be capable of survive. Some other currency will emerge then and pilfer care of the public. That is the commission of government. Perhaps this is the paradigm shift that society requests, a new American currency to overtake the dollar surrounded by America. A fresh start!
I have be investing for 10 years. Every year has some panic that the markets are going to crash. When things are doomed to failure, there is make conversation about things crashing really complex. When things are great, there is articulate about a bubble popping and at hand will be a huge crash. In 2001 there be a crash but it wasn't really that bad! Shoot, we recovered and gain even more!
There are plenty of people who read out the world is going to end everyday. Does that startle you? It shouldn't! Same with these predictions on the open market. The best thing to do would to pick a company specifically great who will have plenty of lolly to make it through any doomed to failure periods. Just cause sure it isn't overpriced!
I think empire are overracting a little. The medium is making it worse, in my judgment. They're spreading the fear. Recession is a raw part within an economic cycle. However, given this is an see year, politicians are trying to do their best to look good to the voters. Despite the administration trying to rescue us from a recession, I doubt they will be able to violate the law of economics. Economies can't verbs to grow without a space.
