What are adjectives the different parts of investment bank?
i know that there are different divisions but could someone explain to me what respectively one is and what they do (long descriptive answers would be appreciated)Answers: this if my field! We necessarily have i'd voice 3 primary different divisions and I will break them down for you.
1) M & A (mergers and acquisitions)- this area is fairly self explanatory. We make the bulk of our money executing complex deal. When another companie wants to acquire a stake contained by a company of buy out another companie, they use an investment bank to facilitate execute the deal. The same when two companies plan on merging together. We construct that deal begin.
2) IPO (initial public offering)- when a company plans on going public, they go straight to an investment mound.Bankers are trained to execute these deals. They embezzle the executive officers through adjectives the steps of offering securities to the public.
3) corporate advisory - when executives feel that they have need of assistance in growing their company or enhancing their share price, they come to an investment dune for advice. Typically, we abet them restructure by adjectives effectively cutting costs, restructuring liabilites etc.
Which Speculative Stock has a better chance-JMBA or SIRI?
Answers: I would same JMBA of the two; they were earning money and have a PE of 2, but losses are expected this year; although revenue growth will be ok.
SIRIS market cap is over 4 billion whereas JMBA's is much smaller at 120 million, so the much smaller capitalization makes JMBA even more speculative as well.

Answers: minvestment.com claims to be based in the British Virgin Isles but is registered through an ICANN Registrar in Melbourne with an IP address in Illinois. The whois gives a post office box address
goldenpurse.com appears to be registered and based in the US but the only address is on the whois and is that of the registrar not the company.
Basically they may be OK but if they are not then you have no realistic way of tracing them.
Personally I would not do business for any significant amount of money with a trader who does not give a verifiable real geographic address on their website.
