Read Benjamin Graham's "The Intelligent Investor". Don't buy a single stock on your own until you've read it cover to cover.

I've just this minute adjectives stock from 1900s and up where on earth can i walk to find it's worth?

bergdahl oil company
the gravity power trade compnay to list a couple

Answers: This may be comfortable for some stocks and harder for others.

1) G00GLE the company name beside "quotes" around the name. See if you can find the company. If not, it get harder.
2) If you find the company call thier investor relations bureau and get the autograph of the Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent keeps annals of all stock owners and number of shares owned. They will enjoy a record of the stock and can recount you how many times it have split etc., and from there you can amount out what it's worth.

If these stocks are old and not companies you endorse, more than likely they hold been bought or gone out of business. It they be bought you will need to see if you can find what company bought them and what have happened since later.

This is not an easy project, especially if you have ancient stocks and can't find them via G00GLE. You can try one of the old brokerage houses close to Merril Lynch. It's possible to find an old timer who remembers.

Bergdahl Oil Co comes up on G00GLE. There are some lead for you. Likely they got bought out. Gravity Power is another story. That is probable to take some work. It's possible that the company be bought out years ago by someone who was bought out by GE or who know. Maybe they go out of business.

Another idea is to see if an address or at lowest a city and state are on the certificate. If so you are may hold a friend at the city library. They often times own information on employers contained by the area -- and most credible a publicly traded company was a substantial employer contained by the area, but for the state.

Best of luck. Hope that helped some.
It would come across to me that if you inherited it, the attorney who handle the estate would have valued it prior to dispersal. Was surrounded by a bequest in an estate or be it a gift from the unproved holder?

Has anyone ever become rich by trading option? I own a system that make me money every time.?

anyone know??

Answers: Systems that claim to make money every time are the "black swan effect". No amount of white swans will prove that a black swan does not exist, but of late one black swan proves they do.
I heard of associates earning money trading option.

I KNOW successful options traders.

You're probably trading spreads, covered call married puts and other related strategies. Your also probably trading deep surrounded by the money options, too, aren't you?

I don't expect your earning money trading straight call and puts - but I could be wrong.
