How do I multiply cost font for a stock?

Say if I buy 10 shares of a stock at $5 per share and the commission is $7. Then I sold the 10 shares at $7. How do I calculate my cost reason?

gain 63-57 =6
The commission is added to the cost. In your example, your cost basis would be $57. Good luck!
