Answers: why not? u can apply. There is no such law to bar from applying IPOs, from different accounts.
What is your risk comfort? How far will you be committed percentage wise of your portfolio to this IPO. lately IPOS have been sort of flat and not achieving their price. Might want to consider becomming an angel investor with some VC obtaining a percentage of the company and intrest or a certian return on your money after a set period of time.

Whay satyam computers stocks are coming down?
The stock price is 450/- a month ago. This company has profusely of orders contained by hand. Still the prices are coming down to 370. I am have stocks of this company.
