This is bring for concern for several reasons. I don't see how you can be "Afrocentric" and not enjoy "race" issues. No one has any business have an allegiance to some other place that is the equal of or stronger than the US. The relatives of this country are owed that. This "separatism" streak is disturbing and irrational--and I always wonder what they'll do to someone similar to Tiger Woods--put him through the woodchipper or what? Because people become hysterical over any "special" classes: see, sex, sexual orientation, etc. this probably won't bring back discussed properly.
Africa has 47 countries and seriously of them don't get along and in many of the countries the civil strife is rampant. IF Obama WOULD want to give emphasis to issues there, in that would be no end of hell to remuneration for Americans. Even if he doesn't, you can count on the stupid American media to become more fixated on issues. You can't predict which side anyone will fancy any. Look at the ongoing genocide in Darfur that the African skipper of the UN doesn't want to admit is genocide. I've hear assorted people here want to dispatch OUR troops there to draw from into a no-win blood bath. It never occur to me there could be a idea why Obama might need to be asked around these sorts of issues.

If it's even possible I'd like to go the idea to someone that can afford to invest the money for a government grant. For no money up front from the person buying the theory. (If it's possible and someone wants it and can afford to invest contained by it). I would ask for a contract that guarantees that I get give or take a few 25% of the total sales after the product is market. I do not want to persue the idea completely alone because i would spend adjectives day everyday contained by my home making the product and I'm the social type. I enjoy human being around other adults while I work. Also I don't want to sell it myself beforehand it's patented. It's so simple and practical and neccessary someone with $ could efficiently take the notion.Answers: This is inadvisable because you never know who you're dealing with on eBay. They could tremendously easily steal your thought unless you get lawyer involved and it doesn't sound close to you can afford lawyers.
You cannot ask anyone for a contract short a lawyer on your side to form sure you're not being swindled.
Selling a product earlier you have a exclusive rights is not that uncommon. Many successful entrepreneurs and inventors started their businesses by selling their innovations at craft shows, flea market and county fairs and when they have earned ample money, THEN they got the official document.
There are also inventors conventions held all over the country where on earth inventors go to flog their ideas to manufacturer. You might see if there's one in your nouns.

Selling an view on ebay will pretty much guarantee you will get nought except MAYBE the last bid on the impression. If you disclose your idea on ebay, ANYONE can clutch it, improve it, and claim it as their own BEFORE your auction ends.
