First of all, how much do you need to exist. If the the simple jobs, are not part of your monthly budget, you should be able to do it easily. However, the time commitment will be Huge, unless, you have a lot of knowhow, and can a do, say one or two huge projects for someone.

it's pointless to guess and best to let the chart update you..it's in a confirmed accept market very soon and until the charts turn up you play what it gives you. Could be years within this downtrend but there are still great plays out at hand. In this market, you don't hold...you trade...you hold to be quicker to take profits surrounded by this kind of marketplace....and experienced short sellers will do even better and return with rich.
