If you own Shares in Bea Systems will they automatically become Oracle shares now?

Answers: Chances are they will give you so many Oracle shares for however many BEA shares you had. The $ amount should stay the same.
I believe the deal stated that Oracle would pay $19.375 in cash for each share of Bea. So you will receive money assuming the deal goes through rather than Oracle shares.
