Fees for trading Mutual Funds contained by a Roth IRA?

I have a Roth IRA through Fidelity and be wondering if there are fees for trading mutual funds within a Roth IRA?

For example, I am contributing approximately $400/month, and instead of investing this money to the current mutual fund I am invested in, I want to eventually use this money to purchase a topical mutual fund that has a current minimum purchase of $2500. I do not want to freshly deposit this $400/month to my core account. However, be considering if I should deposit it into one of my current funds, and transfer funds over to the unmarked one I want to purchase when I have the $2500 minimum.

Are in attendance any reasons why I shouldn't do this? Are nearby fees for trading Mutual Funds in a short extent of time within a Roth IRA article?

Both the funds are No Transaction Fee funds.

Thanks.

Answers: Some of the Fidelity funds may have a short possession trading fee but at $400/mo it will lug you 7 months to reach the minimum and I believe that would be over the short occupancy limit on adjectives of their funds that have one. Generally you can verbs funds from one fund to another with no problem in the Fidelity family.
maintain in mind if the fund you are interested contained by is from Fidelity then they probably hold a lower minimum for the IRA as most mutual funds do...

I don't think the soul above me really works for TD Waterhouse (considering they have be TD AMERITRADE for almost a year now)... you would think they know the christen of the company they claim to work at.
It depends on the account custodian. Talk to Fidelity. When you hold accumulated ample money in your story, I'm sure you can split it into two or more funds.

How is it possible Citi group is still paying dividends when it is reporting losses?

With regards to Citi's recent loss report for the 4th quarter, how is it
possible for the company to money dividends (even though dividends are slashed by
41%)? Shouldn't a company only pay packet dividends when they are profiting?

A company can have losses and still enjoy a positive cash flow that can be used to settle up dividends.

Even if a company does not have a positive change flow, it can borrow money to pay dividends.

<<<Shouldn't a company single pay dividends when they are profiting?>>>

Opinions alter. I had a grandmother who's primary income for heaps years came from dividends from a single company. If dividends have been eliminate she would have be hurt badly. Public companies are supposed to look out for the best interests of their shareholders, including shareholders close to my grandmother. On the other hand, borrowing money to settle dividends weakens the company's adjectives prospects, hurting shareholders looking for growth.
A better question is why are they still paying dividends when they are going to be borrowing money at 8-11% ?

(C will be issuing unsullied preferred stock and it will likely be at least possible 8% and possibly quite superior.)

Note: I am SUPER long the XLF which has C as biggest holding at 9%.
