Now, I've got to say-so that I'm not that great at this, but the way I see it..
1. Profit Margin (ttm):-16.73%
Something is eatting away at the profits. In a crust like this, it would typically be blamed on sale. However, having not researched the stock, which you should look into.. it could be a quantity of things including poor management.
2. Total Debt (mrq):68.43M
Enterprise Value (18-Jan-08)3:102.18M
About 60% debt... I guess I don't own to tell you that's not too apposite. In some cases, it may mean aggressive expansion, but w/o knowing facts, I'm betting that's not the satchel here.
3. Operating Cash Flow (ttm):-39.40M not good.. there's nil spare hanging around to pay cheque the debt

There is talk of buyout.
Considering Book Value Per Share (mrq):$4.209 and price is $2.28, it looks resembling the stock is worth more than it's price.. How true that is, especially considering debt, I don't how to determine.
It's tough to enunciate w/o looking into company plans and reasons what's going to evolve. They might "restructure" (do a bankruptcy which will knock stale a lot of debt and stock price) in the past a Buyout. I think that smaller companies tend to use this technique more recurrently and at
Enterprise Value (18-Jan-08)3:102.18M w/60% debt.. that's not a big company.
If the company doesn't think it can turn around it will look for a buyout donate. If the buyout offer is handsome enough after they won't file a liquidation, and depending on the negotiation you may get a stock at a fully clad price in a company to be exact worth something. If it isn't high satisfactory, they will turn to a bankruptcy and you may lose other more.

I have a silver certificate $1 currency in good condition, series 1935e. does anyone know what its worth?

Answers: My guess is that it's worth about $1.00
in good condition it is worth very little, unlikely a dealer would pay over $1.

If in fact you don't know grade terms, and it is in crisp uncirculated condition (basically 'perfect', no crease, tears or bends) then take it to a coin dealer or pick up a copy of 'Coin World' weekly newspaper (or similar) and find a currency dealer that way.
A 1935E $1 silver certificate in good condition is worth between $2.00 and $3.00.

What does 999.9 mean in relation to gold and silver?

Answers: This is purity of the precious metal commonly referred to as 4 9's fine or 5 9's fine. This the percentage of purity of the metal. 4 9's is the common trade bar for gold, 5 9's is usually electrolytic refined gold from Russia as opposed to the 4 9's from a chemically refined gold bar common to South Africa, the US and Canada.
