Answers: Try finance.yahoo.com, enter the security you are interested in, then look down the left column, there is a selection for 'Major Holders'.
just contact the people in that company who deal with the sale of stock. i think it would be public record, and i am almost sure it would if we are talking 20-70% ownership.
