WHY do project income funds invest within businesses I basically don't attain this read below?

Okay so say I hold a business idea and I let somebody know the VC and they give me ALL OR SOME OF THE MONEY to start the business and I STILL GET A LOT OF EQUITY IN IT. WHY wouldn't the activity capital fund only just use that money since they have to settle up most or all to spread out it themselves and then they would own it adjectives think almost it same amount of money with 100% equity why?


Answers: The VC's are looking for firms beside strong business plans and executives/staff with proven expertise or abundantly of promise.
They get their payoff when the company go public - they get surrounded by return a lot of equity, also (60-40%) which they can next sell.
How much do you reflect on the VC firm made that took G00GLE public? Or Yahoo, or Oracle, or Paychex? Probably many millions, right?
The VC invests surrounded by the start up or small firm, lends it some governmental or operational expertise, and afterwards watches the firm take bad. It's a riskier investment than it would be for an investment in a publicly traded firm, but the rewards are commensurate - 60-80% returns aren't unusual within VC.
because they are not smart enough to come up near new concept for business. plus they may not know how to run the business.
