When i see traders on the floor of the different york stock exchange yell at respectively other what are they doing?

ok, i know that when the traders on the floor or pit of the new york stock exchange are buying and selling shares of stock bonds ETF's and other securities, so i guess my actual question is who do the traders work for? who are they buying and selling those shares for?


Answers: They are buying and selling any for their firm accounts and/or customer orders. Stations on the floor of the NYSE are specialists that are trying to meeting buyers and sellers. Many of the populace around the specialists are "$2 brokers" that are taking orders from firms that are not NYSE member but are trading blocks of NYSE stocks.

If you ever go to NY run down to the NYSE and watch. It is unbelievably interesting.
some of them do it for themselves, they are independent. Others work for brokerage houses or other sorts of companies that have an interest within trading.

Put the amount contained by bank fixed deposit.
Think of stocks when you homily in thousands.
buy 4 different stocks surrounded by 4 different catagories. example= 1 tech, 1 healthcare, 1 bank, 1 grease. that way if one nouns goes down, the other nouns has a polite chance of going up. associates who diversify have a better fate of making money than those who stick with one nouns.

Answers: bidding on stock - whether to buy or provide - to keep the stock if it raise higher or to supply it to not lose the money and keep what you earn from the stock before it falls.
They are placing advice for the various clearing houses and brokerage firms. The firms enjoy individuals on phones that communicate orders to runners who pocket those requests to the floor to those calling out buy and sell directives.
