I need some direction and direction to go more or less investments?Answers: Investing in stocks is too risky for you as a learner.

If you decide to dance with mutual funds, do your homework. About 75% of them underneath perform the souk. All of them have running fees. And some have sale loads.
There are good mutual funds, but you really hold to do your homework to find them.
May I suggest a DRIP plan.
They are seldom talked something like because brokers make especially little money when they suggest them. Yet, they have proven to be one of the best, if the best, long-term strategy on Wall Street.
They are perfect for small investors, as economically as big investors. They are safe and allow you to not assistance about whether the souk is going up or down.

When is it safe to go back to high risk stock?
Answers: Uuuum, high risk stocks are never "safe". If you want to make a ton of money, now would probably be the time to get in. Buy low, sell high.
Using the word "safe" in the same sentence as "high risk" does not make much sense.
Shares of delsited company - Hughes Software/ARICENT?
I had 5 shares of Hughes Software. Later I come to know that it's new buyer ARICENT have delisted the shares. They sent me 40 shares of Aricent Tech.Is it possible to sell those shares?
Answers: Take them to a broker and they should be capable of help you...
