JP Morgan upgraded Tidewater Inc (NYSE:TDW) today; is the stock a good buy?

Answers: Looks like a good stock to me, especially when JP morgan is up for it. I think it will reach back up to the 70s by the end of this year. I say buy...
Ofcourse.
Just buy it, it is a good fundamental analysis.
It is a positif fundamentals.
Trust me.
I would not recommend you to buy this stock. The stock is in a downtrend. The sell signals are for $55. The earning and revenue growth of Tidewater is average compared to other stocks.

Answers: Probably but stocks can be overinflated for longer then you can stay soft (when short) ... heh

Buying puts or bear call upon spreads might be a good perception, but I'd wait a bit longer (or start particularly small) as they run it up some more cause you know they will if they can and they really can with China stopping their exports of coal.
The long-term outlook is enormously good. I wouldn't bet against them for massively long. Took short term profits on CNX a while fund. Nearly wish I hadn't.

Can someone explain to me how some bonds are only for seven days how thay work & also need more info on it?

Answers: A bond is just a loan so they can be as short or long as you want, although they're normally a year or more.

The interest on a 7 day bond would just be ridiculously small.

Say if the rate was 6% annually and you put $1,000 into this 7 day bond

$1,000 x (6%x7/365) = $1.15 in interest
Some corporations have very short term borrowing needs.
