Private money lend for 39 component investment property?
Hi there. I'm looking for resources for private money lenders for investment material estate. More specifically, I intend on buying a 39 Unit multi-plex. As most banks (especially these days) require 20% down for an investment property I cannot shift this route. This in a marketplace that has see very little impact surrounded by the real estate bubble. In certainty housing continues to appreciate here (Syracuse, NY) by approx. 4% a year. My goal is to use Syracuse's largest Real Estate Management firm so as to move out the day to time management to the professionals. It's a solid investment. At 6% for 15, the ROI is over $400K. I would appreciate any comfort finding such an investor. Thanks!Answers: I have a lender that can set you up near capital/equity partners if you are interested. Sometimes its the best route to go if you don't own the cash to put contained by the kitty. I can put you in touch beside her...she's great and knows the commercial bazaar very powerfully. She's in Ohio, but she know her stuff and is a broker so she can shop the best deal for you surrounded by terms of interest and permanent status. Let me know.
there are lot of alternative to wall as explained by you.
alternatives are for short duration, higher interest and not comparable near Bank in respect of transparency, pay-out, etc., Knowing okay you are going to pay more surrounded by short term, if you aim for private money lending, okay it is your choice

Is Janus Overseas Fund available as a DRIP investment?
Answers: All Janus funds offer dividend reinvestment.
I own a DRIP myself, and I am very thrilled with the returns Ive received.
You will have to call Janus and ask them. I have a suspicion that they will not let you reinvest your dividends free. These companies don't like DRIP Plans because they cannot make much money off of the investor.
If they do not let you reinvest the dividends for free, I would recommend moving your money.
Good Luck
Penny Stocks 10 points?
With the stock market going up and down.... Does anyone own any penny stock suggestions?Get 10 points
Answers: EGHT is trading at $1.21 and is reportedly set to announce bang-up earnings inwardly 11 days for an extraction target of February 9th.
It has be immune to the market fluctuations just now and has climbed 20 cents as all right. Of course, the risk is a disappointing quarter short of expectations.
Penny stocks are particularly risky. Having said that, I do suggest it makes sense to use the "study list" feature of your brokerage reason (if it has one as does Scottrade) and when you see evidence that it's a flawless stock--you determine your criteria--then go for it. It is harder to bring back good info on penny stocks.
