They own declared around Rs.104 crores profit.
Will it increase their share price ?

1. Future projections of the company.(What if they are declare loss in the subsequent year)
2. Current value of the share, is it overvalued or undervalue...
3. What are the future business plans of the company...
4. How is the sector doing overall...

It depends. The schedule of individuals in the souk and their buying and selling transactions will determine the share price. In the market index for Ashok Leyland, doesn`t matter what share price gives a clash between people likely to buy and people liable to sell shares become the price at any moment in time. For most companies, the movements of those individuals is shaped by what they expected the profit to be relative to what it actually be.

A profit that was disappointing relative to expectations will trigger more selling than buying, sending the price down. A profit that be better than expectations will trigger more buying than selling, sending the price up.
It depends on many factor at play, some of which are beyond anyone's control.

For example, when the home building companies were going strong, their stock prices didn't rise along beside the big profits.

That was an indication that not copious people be impressed with their products continuing to be profitable, and the nation turned out to be right.

If a company is expected to have no profit, and afterwards surprises with a profit, it usually cause the stock price to rise dramatically because it demonstrates that the company knows what it take to make a profit.

You must get the message that when trading stocks, you are working with the collective minds of abundant different people, and gaming on what their collective actions will do.
It might increase the advantage , but u never know
if at all marketplace crashes it wont help at adjectives
Good Companies like Ashok Leyland other report profit. So the market will be expecting a profit edge from these companies. If the profit goes beyond the souk expectations, i.e the usual growth rate, then the stock prices surge. Similarly even if the company is underneath profit, but lesser than the souk expectations, then the stock prices come down
