Answers:   nAH. Not the easiest strategy because copious people smarter than us own priced in the possibility of the buyout stirring. If they feel that the buyout will start, then by the time you capture in, in attendance won't be too much profits to be made.

So many times at hand is not a lot of upside you can spawn by the time you get contained by, but if the merger doesn't happen, you will lose a great deal since the stock price is already inflated because of the possibility of being bought out.

If you want to look into it though, this site have all the future deals

Have REIT'S reach their low? Is it time to capture final contained by?

First of adjectives there is no such things as risk free, even contained by arbitrage, just look at what happen to LTCM and their "risk free" arbitrage trading (it nearly blew up the entire bond market).

Most easy arbitrage opportunity are not available to small investors since large dissemble funds have be using them and have squeezed spreads needed for profit to the point where on earth profits dont cover trading costs in most instances.

There are zillions of arb opportunity, the most common of which are convertible bonds that can be turned to into stock shares and sold on the market if their value is smaller quantity than underlying stock. Pairs trading is another type of arbitration where you pick two closely realted stocks and trade the relative moves between them one short the more expensive one and long the cheaper. There are also a lot dealing near options but I am not too au fait with them. Just know that a soaring volatility period can verbs ANY arb correltaions and blow such trading apart for a certain spell of time.
