I'm curious to know what the impact of China finalising prices for Iron ore with Bhp & Rio Tinto is potential to have on their share price & when dialogue should be complete.

Answers: I would say that nil is " set in concrete"..as far as price go... with China's disasterous earthquake problems, they will discharge whatever someone requirements... no matter what any existing contract, instruct or hedge may exist. Iron ore is the chief ingredient in steel making and China is going to entail unheard of amounts in the close to future... path beyond the already massive amounts they have be using in an already busy building calendar. BHP and Rio Tinto will do great business ( merged or not) as will dry- bulkers.
