Does money invested into a company through the stock souk in fact sort it to a company for its use?

I'm referring to non-original stock issues traded on exchanges through brokers. It seems strange to me that souk cap valuation doesn't jibe beside money that actually is contained by the company's possession for operations and expansion.

Can i start investment within share near Rs. 500?? also pls minister to me to know more on impossible to tell apart?

Answers:   Sort of. The company get its cash when it issues shares of its stock to the depart market, first through an IPO afterwards after that additional offerings. The stock is later traded between individuals/institutions/funds but the proceeds do not go to the company.

Why? The company cashed surrounded by during it's IPO and any subsequent secondary offerings. If investors couldn't supply to one another in the subsidiary market, nobody would be liable to hold any stock at all.
