I researched a bunch of this info surrounded by Jan. when I traded mine in. Do not expect to take the trade value scheduled in Kelly Blue book or NADA. These data mean zilch to car dealer. They base the trade importance on what the vehicle will bring in auction, not what trade appeal is. People have told me Car max give the biggest trade in amounts even if you don't buy from them. If you own negative equity surrounded by your trade (you owe more than it is worth) they will probably try to roll this amount into your new loan which will create your payment sophisticated.
