somebody know something like equity, stocks and bonds?

Question:

Answer:
Your question is somewhat blurry as to the answer you might be looking to receive. The obvious answer is yes, somebody does know give or take a few stocks and bonds; but what answer are you looking for?

As a very broad answer, equity investments, to be precise investments in stocks, hold over the long term tend to yield returns within the 10% to 14% annual range. Investments contained by bonds have tend to yield returns over the long occupancy of 4% to 6%. Investors in the U S relish tax benefits from investing within equities that investors in bonds do not wallow in, which increases the overall after tax returns by more or less 25% relative to returns on bonds.

The trick to getting good overall returns surrounded by equities is to have a diversified portfolio of give or take a few 20 different investment grade stocks. For investors beside not sufficient funds to compile such a large portfolio, in that are mutual funds and index funds to choose from.
equity means shares wherein you invest surrounded by stock market wherein bonds are available surrounded by form of debentures...do let me knw surrounded by case if u are looking out to invest within mutual fundsor insurance
hi

Shares::Total equity capital is divided into equal unit of small denominations each call a share.
Bonds:A debt investment with which the investor loans money to an entity (company or government) that borrows the funds for a defined length of time at a specified interest rate.

How in haste will Scottrade execute my advice?

Question:
I am looking for a broker with VERY speedily Order executions. Every "direct-access broker" I look at has a minimum introductory account match of $25,000-$35,000 (Day trading SEC regulations)so basically it looks similar to im stuck with scottrade.

Answer:
I own Scottrade. They execute in real-time. I could be watching streaming quotes-when my price is triggered, it will pop up on the blind.
well even i am stuck next to scottrade, am a small time investor.all the rest inevitability a minimum balance as you mentioned.
i am looking at debut an account near zecco, since they cliam its free...someone please let us know if they enjoy tried zecco.com.
but scottrade is fast satisfactory.i like it except that its drinking into the profits i make because of the small amounts i invest.but the rest of them hold higher fees.so again backbone to the square one.stuck with scottrade.
I survive a friend's via Scottrade. I have have no complaints about stock information, but options enjoy been cruddy. Of course that may hold changed, I havn't put in an resort order via Scottrade contained by a while.
You could use TD Ameritrade if you have at lowest possible $2,000.00 USD
I've been next to Scottrade for two years. I make 10-20 online trades a month or more, and most of my directives are executed in a few second if the price is compatible. Usually I can click "check status" right after placing the order, and it's done. Are you using dial-up? that would patently slow things down, regardless of the broker used.

What type of stocks should I invest contained by if I am freshly starting out?

Question:
If a stock goes down...how long does it help yourself to to go put a bet on up...will it ever just stay down?

Answer:
It adjectives depends on a LOT of variables/conditions. They may never go up again. Some the the biggest companies lost big bucks, never to regain expediency again, but are still around. Take IBM for example, Windows came out and IBM plumeted - and stayed low. Some of the small one ancestors didn't think have a chance, become good stocks latter. The best companies are probally the ones that have the funding (stock holders, lenders, partner, income, etc.) to do something, AND the people controlling the funds that know how to use them. Great give somebody the third degree!
You should try to invest in stocks that are surrounded by the $10-30 range surrounded by price and have a day by day volume of over 100,000 shares.

Some stocks do just stay down, but if a company is making money, issuing dividends, and is seminar the demands of the market, after the share price of the company will generally move about back up again.

I hold developed a method of trading over the last five years that I've be writing about on TradeKing.com for the ultimate 6 months. You should come check out the blog. By the way, TradeKing is a discount broker that offer $4.95 market or aim trades and does not require a minimum balance.
You shouldn't invest contained by any until you know how to answer your own question - smart investing requires research and knowing what your own personal goal are for your investment - do your research. While most stocks are cyclical and do eventually come back up, some never rest from a down-trend.
Trying to pick stocks even for the most experienced investors can be like predicting the weather. Stocks budge up and down and it's difficult to say how long or how far the price will travel.

Depending on how much you hold to invest, a good place to start researching is yahoo nouns. Look around and start reading whatever topics seem to be to interest you. Then start looking into public companies that deal beside that interest. Whether it's solar power or designer sunglasses, choose something that you are familiar beside or have a sincere interest contained by.

Then start researching different companies using any number of tools found in yahoo nouns. Look for companies that you think might do capably based on olden performance, current projects, and potential adjectives earnings. Review their press releases and word reports.

I know I'm being extraordinarily broad, but the point is pick something that interests you so it can be fun and informative. You want to be familiar with what the company does so when you read around it, it will make more sense and you will take home a more informed decision back investing.
Please read some beginning investing books past buying any individual stocks. I recommend Peter Lynch's "One Up on Wall Street" for starters. Also visit www.fool.com to start research. And yes, stocks can go down and stay down for a long, long time, here are some taster charts to scare you for a while:

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=sold&t=2...
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=lf&t=5y...
As the saying go: If you don't how to cook, stay out of the kitchen.

I would recommend that you invest only surrounded by mutual funds until you learn more in the order of the market.
1) New York Stock Exchange is a well brought-up start.
2) Nobody knows.
3) I suggest you to request the DVD "Fun beside Dick & Jane" starring Jim Carrey at Peerflix. (It's FREE)

What is a pious financial website?

Question:

Answer:
You might find fool.com both informative and amusing. Especially CAPS, which is where individual investors create portfolios of stocks and rate how they will carry out. You can learn just about interesting stocks that might otherwise slip through your radar.
www.fdimember.com/brookline
I like http://monetaryview.com myself. Made a few biddable picks from reading their recommendations. Good Luck.
Yahoo! Finance is pretty deep-seated, but offers proceeds, estimates, charts, insider information, descriptions, etc.

G00GLE Finance is similar, but with a different layout. You might prefer it.

Investors' Business Daily (www.ibd.com) is an excellent investing tabloid, and offers some free counsel - but most of it requires a $30 monthly subscription to the online newspaper.
If you are from Canada budge to bankofcanada.com, also your question is terrifically vague so this might not be what you are looking for.
Yahoo nouns
Yahoo! Finance & CnnMoney.com
I would start out by joining Morningstar (the free part). This will give you free mutual fund information and a few conservative stock picks (longterm)& on a daily basis e-mails.This will kinda get your foot wet.
Than if you hold the time to watch the flea market and are disclipined enough,to buy individual stocks.Yahoo provides 15 min. delayed info. to Briefing.com.So communication of individual stocks(good or bad) is what is going to move it up or down.
For just daytrading I in recent times go to Marketwatch.com and find out "The Movers & Shakers" premarket.
Don't walk to chatrooms or answer unsolisited E-Mail.
Read a book on technical & fundamental analysis of stocks.
Best of luck..
capably your question is especially general.. I try to pass an answer: bloomberg.com - marketwatch.com - investopedia.com - type on G00GLE free annual report and you might choose the full annual report of each company deliver at home for free. try the research page of the investment banks for broad overview of the economy

why did acrnx fund lose $2.21 per share on december 8th?

Question:

Answer:
Funds are going ex-dividend this time of year. That is approximately the amount of the dividend that it will pay at year failure.
Mutual funds own stocks for many different companies. Sometimes it will own the stock for 10, 15, or 20+ years. When the fund decide to sell the stock, it wants to pay a possessions gain. This capital gain contained by divided enevly between all the shares of the fund that enjoy been issued.
Your fund probably newly paid $2.21 per share within capital gain. If you reinvest your dividends & capital gain then your # of share swould own increased at the same time the share price decrease.
Because people dont own a clue on what goes on within these crappy mutual fund and the company does not tell you anything any. By tlhe looks of your fund also, it only virtuous for losing money.

Question in the region of option?

Question:
The current price of a stock is $60. I can buy a call at the strike price of $40. The bid for the odds $20.10. Would it make any sense to buy this contract?

What if you have limited funds at the moment and are to a certain extent certain the price will be moving up? Expiration mortal 23 days away.

Answer:
First, if you want to buy an option the bid quote does not event nearly as much as the ask quote. Remember the bid quote is the highest price someone else is of a mind to pay for the selection; the ask quote is the lowest price some else is willing to supply it for. The spread between the bid and the ask is also significant since, if you do not have the funds to buy the stock, you will own to sell the option sometime in the adjectives to close your position. If the difference between the bid an the ask is $1.00, that means you may lose nearly 5% of your investment simply due to the spread.

You also want to build sure the next ex-dividend date (if any) will not take place until after expiration.

Ignore those issues, buying the call instead of the stock essentially increase the leverage of the investment. Your percent gain, if the stock go up, will be roughly three times as much as would be if you simply bought the stock. Of course, if the stock goes down your loss will also be three times as much.

If increased leverage is what you want, buying the resort instead of the stock makes sense. Just remember that the expiration date is fixed, so not one and only does the stock have to turn up for you to make a profit, it have to go up plenty to cover the bid-ask spread in three weeks. That mode you are less predictable to make a profit than you would be if you simply bought the stock but, if you are right, you can build a larger profit.
no idea what u r asking
This is an "surrounded by the money" option, and whether explicitly a reasonable price depends on how much the stock price vary. Fisher and Sholes came up next to a mathematical model for pricing option, and won a Nobel Prize for it. The premium for this option is with the sole purpose ten cents, but 23 days is a very short fuse, so the premium should be small. Most speculators dance for "out of the money: options, preferably next to a fairly long fuse; if the stock price increases, the selection price increases substantially. But that is not the covering here; an increase in the stock price from $60 to $63 would increase the worth of the risk at expiration from $20.10 to $23.00 -- a nice gain, but not spectacular, and if the price of the stock goes down (to $57, say) afterwards the option advantage declines to $17.00. Which is not the best opening to pay the rent. An way out of this kind is not my cup of tea; a just amount of money is being put at risk for not much predictable gain.
Not enough info to endow with you a good answer. Essentially, you are getting almost dollar for dollar move at 1/3 the funds outlay compared to buying the stock. Depending on your expectations regarding the time frame and the size of the move this could be a biddable option or not.
It will be a nonsensical situation assuming it to be a one month expiry and it have picked up 20 for the past 7 days is nought but awsome and illussion only movies can create. If it is a 3 months expiry it is adjectives the more nonsensical since in the subsequent 23 days the price need to move up more than what it have done in the finishing 67 days for you to breakeven let alone making any profits.
In 23 days you enjoy to make what you invested making it 20.10 move + any profit that you will fashion out of it if luck permits. This happen rarely may be contained by some take over target in which luggage other adjustments take place. Also, it cannot be bid it should be ask which is the quote to sell bid is ones bestow to buy.

why Donald trump uses permanent status "automobile" Isn't motor easier and more adjectives ?

Question:

Answer:
Exactly. A car is adjectives.

When you're Trump, you ride in an automobile.
result in he is old
two wordsproper English!
Goodness, who know with anyone why they read out anything, at least he doesn't send for it carriage :-)
possibly because automobile can refer to a car, truck or a van.. vehicle just really refers to.. a vehicle.
Does Mr. Trump strike you as an easy and adjectives man?
haha,
hes just trying to nouns sophisticated.
which he definitley is not
and mercedes benz calls their cars, okay, cars.
so yes, car s easier and definitley more adjectives
He tries to make himself nouns sophisticating and interesting.
It shows he isn't lazy.
He think "automobile" makes him nouns smarter than "car".
its always cool to deduce out side the box and use your one stlyle in native tongue
Because it is the proper way to be describedI realize this is difficult for most on RunEye.com to think through

Can I bequeath a stock licence to my son by signing the rear legs of it? Do I stipulation to sign the front side?

Question:

Answer:
I'm a little puzzled here because to "bequeath" an asset resources to write a will (sometimes called a ending testament) that directs the distribution of your assets to your heirs after your demise.

And you sound pretty lively to me.

If you need to give the stock to your son at the present time, or at any time during your lifetime, you could sign past its sell-by date the stock certificate and the verbs agent will advise you of the exact procedure.

This would be a payment. You would personally hold a capital gain or loss because you would hold disposed of the asset, and the cost base to your son would be fiesta market good point of the stock on the day of the verbs. You would want to keep copies of the signed-off licence and any other documents the transfer agent may convey you, so as to have proof of this disposition for the export tax authorities.

On the other hand, if you option to "bequeath" the stock certificate to your son after your annihilation, you would not alter the certificate contained by any way whatsoever. In this scenario, you would matter with the bequest contained by your will. After your death, your executors and trustees will inventory adjectives of your assets, pay adjectives of your debts, distribute bequests such as treasured items to named beneficiaries, and finally they will distribute the residue of your estate to your name beneficiaries according to the terms of your will. Although adjectives of your assets will be in your label, your executors will have the power, spelled out surrounded by numerous articles in the will itself, to adjustment registrations of ownership of all assets to the name of your beneficiaries and heirs.

Usually, testators who are have their wills prepared don't make special bequests of a extraordinary stock certificate. Usually, items resembling antique furniture, valuable art, trinkets, sometimes whole houses, are bequeathed to name beneficiaries, although a properly drawn will should provide for a succession should the named beneficiary predecease the testator (can evolve.) The lawyer drawing up your second will can advise you how to do this.

Other adjectives bequests are gifts to charities. These can sometimes create taxation advantages for your estate.

Usually, an asset such as common or preferred shares, whether surrounded by street form at a brokerage or in licence form in a edge safety deposit box, will be included contained by the residue of the estate, along with adjectives other financial assets. There certainly can be an amazing number of exceptions to this "usual" rule, and a fitting lawyer will be capable of advise you.

To sum up, you can 1) make a contribution now and sign bad the certificate, or 2) bequeath through your will, for eventual distribution after you've passed away, and maintain the certificate within your own name.
you sign the support, but beware, if signed it is negotiable by anybody. it is approaching an endorsed check.

best thing to do, contact shareholder relations dept of company. give an account them situation. send contained by cert. and have a current one issued in his nickname.
