What are the strength and inadequacy of Apple Company? Would you invest contained by this company at this time?

Question:
What information can I use to decide whether or not to invest within Apple company?

Answer:
Absolutely!

I'm in AAPL right very soon and love it for several reasons, at most minuscule in the short permanent status.

The ipod is the industry standard and it continues to rock. Further, the ipod was a try-out for their MACs to be released with their dual core processors. This allows the the MACs to run any PC software presently seamlessly vastly expanding the power of the MAC.

Just like where on earth the ipod became the standard of the MP3 souk via being cool and providing the complete services, the MACs very soon bridge the gap for PC users who approaching cool machines. If AAPL only steals a percent or two of the PC flea market, that'll be a HUGE increase in sale for AAPL, contributing to the bottom line.

It's also the shopping season, so I expect AAPL to remain strong at tiniest until year end. After that, you only just watch for flagging signs and sell later.

There are also good exact signs to go along next to fundamental reasons too.

Hope that help!
I'm a poor guy and I don't know anything about investing, but Apple is diffferent from the rest, they get style while everyone else is the same.

Whats an "underwritten lower public offering" of stock?

Question:
Stock I own recently announced this public offering by prominent brokerage - comapany does not benefit. Price well - beloew recent share price on exchange. Wasup? What does this be going to? How might this devastate stock price for the near adjectives? What's a private placement?

Answer:
A secondary public offering is a follow-on placement of the stock's company, when they are already publicly traded.

A lower offerings can be either the company selling optional shares, or an offer for Dutch auction by another an institutional or private shareholder. The latter seems to be the armour here.

Normally this would push the stock price down, as there is suddenly plentifully of the companies stock for sale. But within this case the stocks are already "underwritten", classification that the seller have already found a (private) buyer.

Is MARKET VALUE PER SHARE synonymous to stock price?

Question:
Or is it something else? In that case, how do you work out market good point per share?

Answer:
Yes. Market value per share is synonymous near the latest price per share. The exception to the rule is if administrator share trading has be halted, whereupon unofficial (over-the-counter) trading is later the market good point.
It's not too hard to see the flea market value of any stock if you own the net.

http://www.asx.com.au/
FMV, or Fair Market Value, is the current asking price, as of the end price obtained from a specific exchange, of a stock so your answer would be dependent upon where on earth your source "stock price" comes from. If you are saying that you move about to NYSE.com and see a price for MSFT at 27.35 then the FMV as of later valuation would be 27.35.

Anyone enjoy support on which of these would be the to step next to E*TRADE, FIDELITY, SCOTTERED, AMERITRADE?

Question:

Answer:
http://4xgenie.com ,promo code is MSMS555 for free trial, you will receive trade alerts daily to your computer, profit is guaranteed
I instinctively use Fidelity.com. It is very early and easy to use. I own contacted the customer service on the phone several times. They were beneficial and friendly. Unfortunately I don't know how much the trade cost is. I use Fidelity for my Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Good luck!
All the brokerage firms you mention are reputible, insured companies. The differences are in matter such as trading fees, interest paid on bread, minimum required balances. The best for you would depend on how much you plan to invest, how recurrently, and if you will be leaving brass in the depiction. A couple of others to consider would be Ameriprise and Sharebuilder. The first, Ameriprise, is very polite if you trade less than 10 times per month, own cash surrounded by the account, and can protract their minimum balance. The latter, Shrarebuilder, is angelic if you make remarkably few trades and have low amounts to invest respectively time.
They are all worthy. Which one to choose depends somewhat on what you intend to accomplish. Fidelity is the most expensive but they provide the most research and a whis bang stock screener. Ameritrade is cheap and their site is all right organized, but their research is somewhat less than Fidelity. Scottrade is the most minuscule expensive of the lot. I have not intuitively used them but I understand from population who have that they are exceedingly satisfied. Same story next to Etrade, but they are more expensive then any Scottrade or Ameritrade.
I use TDAmeritrade and it's cheap and no one-time fees or any quarterly or yearly maitenence fees. It's basically simple $11 trades. I think it's the most equal one out there. They even sent me a laptop pouch when I signed up (in 1998 or something) so that was great. I imagine they give free trades very soon when you sign up. I highly reccomend TDAmeritrade.
I, only just got involved beside a company that preselects some of the best investments i`ve ever seen. They peak them so it lowers your risk. Check out one of there seminar. You can E mail me at brakesplusauto@yahoo.com. www.thewealthkeys.com
If you own more than $2,000.00 USD then do not choose Scottrade.
