I would earnings to catch series 7 sponsorship, anyone know someone who would?

Question:Please let me know, If your firm or you know of someone who would be predisposed to sponsor me for a NASD Series 7, let me know! I am of a mind to pay for it. You could email me at askhung@gmail.com. I've be working in a firm for over 3 years and there's not satisfactory room to get me sponsored so I am looking else where on earth. There's just not adequate places willing to sponsor someone, thus I'm of a mind to pay to receive sponsor. So if you know of anyone or a company, please get within touch with me at askhung@gmail.com. My identify is Hung!

Answers:
If you are willing to pay envelope for the Series 7 course and exam it isn't that difficult getting sponsership. Companies that pay commission simply and don't cover the costs of licensing tend to hire deeply of people because they hold very big turnover. They also allow you to keep your light of day job while you are getting licensed and you're lower than no obligation to stay beside them. The company that I worked for during my licensing length was Ameriprise. (Formerly the financial planning division of American Express)
The individual assumptions that I'm making here are that you are a US citizen and that you live in the US. If any of those assumptions are wrong, things will be significantly more difficult. Good luck .

Other Answers:
What's a series 7 sponsorship?
How bout it. I'm also looking for a series 7 sponsor. Where are you working currently and what are you doing?

The only problem is that I'm picky give or take a few who I work for.
If you have a stockbroker merely call him and ask him to relief you out. If you don't have a broker, try http://www.aitraining.com/employ.htm or http://www.loubird.com/dubinsky/contactus.htm

The series 7 license is one and only valid for a few years and expires and have to renew so if you are not planning to work within the industy, it is really waste of money and no point

The long-term annual stock open market return is somewhere between 6 and 10% per year...current interest rates on cash holdings surrounded by a savings portrayal are around 3 or 4%. The interest on the cash is no-risk...you take what you earn.

However, investing in the stock of a company other entails more risk, and your edict has to be base on whether or not you can afford to lose the money you invest. However, if you do a little work, swot up about the company, revise how to examine its finances (not so hard, really!), and numeral out whether the shares are over- or under-valued, you should be able to earn give or take a few 10% per year.

The key, though, is that you entail to buy and hold. The stock price will fluctuate every year and some years are better than others. However, if you pick a good company, and hold for several years, you'll do well--15 years ago, I invested $3000 surrounded by Pepsi. Today, it's worth over $10,000, and I've tripled my money.

What is the significance of EV/EBITDA ratio And the P/E ratio?

Question:

Answers:
EV is Earnings Value - which means nought. EBITDA is Earnings before Interest & Tax are deduct. It's not terribly significant, it's of late a way of looking at the amount of revenue anyone generated from operation withjout taking account of the cost of borrowing, etc. It is sometimes used by loss making internet companies (eg: Amazon) to support a higher valuation.

People assess the pro of a stock by calculating it's Price Earning Ratio (P/E). Sounds complicated - all it money is that if a stock is bringing in proceeds (revenue) of $4 per share and the price is $40 a share the stock is selling for a PE ratio of 10. Different types of stock have different PE ratio, a oil company might hold a PE ratio under 10 but a in a hurry growing technology stock might have a PE ratio of 25. Also, Wall Street tend to prefer companies it thinks own good guidance who avoid springing surprises on the market & allows those companies to trade at a difficult PE ratio.

If you decide to choose your own stocks my counsel would be try to find a stock with a PE ratio of smaller number than 15. The value stocks are usually better investments over time. Try to find the growth rate for the stock and if the PE ratio is more than twice the growth rate it customarily means the stock is over priced. If you're looking at a stock growing at 8% a year you shouldn't buy it if the PE ratio is more than 16.

How recurrently does 'the Dow Jones" topple 5% or more? In accumulation, how recurrently does the dow topple 20% or more?

Question:

Answers:
go to influence Yahoo finance, look up the Dow, and you can look at the history.

Other Answers:
See answer #1

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=%5eDJI&t=1d&c=
It is severely, very special. In fact, given the Dow's closing yesterday (10,868.38), a 5% drop would be almost 543 points which is almost unheard of. When the NYSE reopened on September 17th, 2001 following the attacks on 9/11, the Dow fell 684 points which was consequently a 7.1% drop - the biggest one day drop surrounded by the history of the index. A 20% drop in the Dow is almost impossible. The explanation? The Dow is a price-weighted index meaning that better stock prices have a bigger prominence on the performance of the index than do lower stock prices. With this contained by mind, the 30 companies in the Dow are most representative of the giant of American business - Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Exxon Mobil, GE, McDonald's, etc. and for all of them to suffer similar immense declines resulting contained by a 5-20% drop is almost unheard of. Smaller gyrations in the index are adjectives, but anything bigger than 3% can be considered quite infrequent (based on Friday's closing level).

When will sensex make to highly developed point again?

Question:

Answers:
'No high is lofty and no low is low' is the catch word that caught my eye several years ago when I started to learn Technical Analysis…little did I know later that a day will come when I would be asked to write a piece as to what will the souk do when it has venture into the Virgin Blue Sky territory…a territory where on earth it has never traded before…

Technical Analysis is a science and the art is within the interpretation of it…to me the markets are technically perfect…it have appointments to keep near time and space and come what may…I may sound a bit arrogant here but consequently to me Technical Analysis is a science…and I respect it as such…

When we have a departed history o work with later we do know as to what to expect from that past as the footpath ahead becomes clearer but here we are occupied in flurry where the Bombay Sensex is trading surrounded by an uncharted virgin territory…Today the Sensex have reached a strange high of 6361.53 but what immediately is the big questions…

We are at cross roads once again and this morning I was taken aback when the TV host of a popular business burrow asked where do you dream up the market will turn? I responded by proverb that it would be very arrogant of me if I said that the open market will turn at so and so point because Market is dynamic in moral fibre and is 'Supreme' and it humiliates each of us every time in our extraordinarily own little way…amen…

The Sensex has see a all time glorious at 6150.69 on 14th February 2000 and that was since the great IT bubble bust… and then we saw a low of 2594.87 on 21st September 2001 after 585 days…and that be just 10 days after the infamous 9/11 attack and the hours of daylight 'terror' struck America…the world was within a state of shock but the market bounced subsidise just 10 days after the attack…and mind you it be a technical bounce as the low be a good low on controlled parameters…the market afterwards struggled for a while to find a bottom at 2904.44 on 28.4.2003…embarking on a new expedition the up move then followed to find a foreign top at 6249.60 on 09.01.04 a climb of 3246 points in 256 days…the marketplace then yo-yoed again to find a strong logical low once again on the Black Friday on 17.05.2004 at 4227.50..incidently 4227.50 is also a strong technical low on my parameters….but what immediately is the big question here, as the marketplace has gain 2134 points to reach this latest high of 6361.53 today? Well, the answer is simple and that a bright technical resistance have to found where the souk has the potential to turn…and this too have to be a technical top…

To me at hand are technical tuning points contained by the markets and near are technical pressure days to work beside …

The next Technical pressure points to scrutinize in the open market are 6503 then 6724 next 6821 and then 7008…

The subsequent Technical pressure points to watch surrounded by the market on the Nifty front are 2031 later 2145 then 2169 and 2342 and after 2367…

The Pressure days in the days to come where on earth the market have the potential to turn is 4-5 and 6th December 2004. Incidentally as we write this column…4 and 5th are Holidays and the next instant pressure date is 6th December 2004…and the next Pressure daylight where the flea market has the potential to turn surrounded by the year 2005 is 06.05.2005…the million dollar question presently is…Will the market turn on these pressure points and on these pressure days? The answer can never be a simple 'Yes' or a simple 'No' because these 'points' hold to be interrogated afresh after these swing highs and these swing lows are made for what is know the THIRD unknown dimension…until afterwards the best thing to do is trade the open market and not the forecast…and if we find some weakness at these pressure points after the thing to do is to ACT…until then…

Happy Trading

what is stock adjectives and option?

Question:

Answers:
future is the agreement for one creature to buy something at a certain price from another human being on a certain date within the future. Like Kelloggs might want to buy Sept corn futures basis they know they will be buying corn in sept to form corn flakes. The seller might be a cultivator who knows he will be harvest in september his corn planted presently, and he wants to lock within his sales price.

An resort is the RIGHT (not obligation) to buy or to sell something within the future. Sometimes someone might not WANT to buy something contained by the future...they may want the ABILITY or OPTION to buy something surrounded by the future...so, they would buy option.

Other Answers:
Farmers need to provide their crop. They sell it to pellet elevators, for instance, but what do they do with it? Someone wants to buy that grain. Whether nurture lots, or food processing factories, they adjectives have their requests. Now the companies like Kellog or General Mills could simply buy sheep farm land and grow within own, there is a complication (which is not so great now) that surrounded by some states corporations were not permitted to cattle farm in command to protect family farmers. But as the Russian collective sheep farm system discovered, corporate farms tend not to be moderately as productive as family farm.

Then too, buyers of foods are usually cyclical, but sometimes in surges. Still they are more reliably spread across the year than the supply. Grain elevators, for instance store pellet and sell it out over time when contracts are offered. That is what the futures souk does, deal contained by standard contracts continuously. Farmers can sell direct, elevators flog direct, they don't need a sale staff to go out and round up business. Buyers meanwhile can find an order x number of contracts this month, 2x subsequent month, and x the month after. It simplifies things.

Traders add liquidity by swapping these contracts among themselves until final buyers arrive. It sounds cumbersome but have worked well for a long, long time. The project before you is not to obtain greedy and not to get taken. Good luck--although I suspect you stipulation a lot more study than this previously you put real money up.

Probate profit secret?

Question:

Answers:
www.greenwaldlaw.com

Other Answers:
i dont understand the quesdtions peobate is the process through which title to property is changed after the passing of the property owner

Do you mean that you need to profit from other people's probate problems?

The usual problem is lack of liquidity. In writ to get change to distrubute to heirs or to foot to the tax collector, the executor commonly has to put on the market things quickly, and is not surrounded by a position of strength in expressions of bargaining power. Hence estate assets recurrently sell at discounts. You can clutch advantage of this by have plenty of ready currency.

You need to agree on what kinds of estate assets you might be interested within. One problem is that a very adjectives estate asset is a house, and the housing bubble is getting a bit old. Don't sit on inventory surrounded by any case; flip it rapidly.

Jewelry is another one. Unless you happen to be a jeweler this one probably isn't impressively practical.

Vehicles are probably yet another, but unless you crop up to be a used car salesperson...

To seriously pursue this business, you would call for to be reasonably competent at appraising the estate property.

If ethnic group member are within a TRUE estate holding corp. & one dies do the others hold to rate inheritance taxes?

Question:

Answers:
More information is needed to answer this question. For US federal estate taxes, mostly no tax is due unless the size of the estate, smaller number amounts going to a citizen spouse or a charity, is more than $2 million. Some states also assess death taxes.

Other Answers:
Depends on the temperament of the ownership.

If the real estate holdings are held contained by common, surrounded by other words the departed could have sold their shares minus the consent of the other owners, there may be tariff implications.

If the authentic estate holdings are held jointly, the ownership share reverts to the group.

With that person said... I could be wrong. You need a due attorney.

how to enter indian stock bazaar immediately?

Question:

Answers:
invest in my company and continue, it is going to be listed surrounded by the near adjectives

Other Answers:
Give a "broker" "money" to buy "stocks"
Probably the best way would be through a mutual fund. Such as Eaton Vance Greater India funds, they enjoy two. Mathews also has one. I am sure near must be more.
That depends on what country you are in. If you are surrounded by India, you can go to a local broker. In frequent countries these are associated with bank.

If you are in a country excluding India but outside of the USA or a few other countries, you can usually arrange to buy major Indian stocks on some of the larger exchanges through a wall that handles stock transactions. Service fees contained by Europe tend to be high, so don't do too much trading if located nearby.

If you are in the USA it is extremely difficult to buy specific Indian stocks. It is not permitted to market foreign securities within the USA unless they are registered on an American-regulated exchange, which gets expensive.

There are conceivably a dozen Indian companies traded over-the-counter through "ADRs".

Another option for buying an entire portfolio (someone else's pick) of Indian stocks is through a mutual fund or ETF.

If you don't already know how to buy Indian stocks after I suggest doing some research on investing, including strategies for CONTROLLING RISK, BEFORE actually buying any. I also suggest not investing any money contained by equities that you can't afford to lose.

At the moment, markets worldwide are unstable, due to rising commodities prices, escalating period of war, rising interest rates (this is more of an effect than a cause, actually), and the unravelling of the Japanese Yen pass trade.

This post is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute insist on to buy or sell securities. Do your own due dilligence.
Either you buy an ADR for a company specifically listed here or buy into a fund that invest within India. : )
