Question:I want to get into IPO stocks, how can you purchase it as an individual directly it comes out.
Please advise

You don't return with it. You want to buy them BEFORE they come out.
Then, assuming that they are popular, you sell them soon after they come out and "flip" them. In other words, they shoot up and you label a killing.

You buy them from the underwrite broker. You usually need an report at that brokerage house to get contained by on the deal.

Open a brokerage depiction with at least possible $500.00

You can buy them through your broker. If you only own a discount brokerage service, open an commentary with a full service brokerage service close to Fidelity and ask how to do it.
Open a DEMAT Account with a Broaker or any edge. Then start spplying for IPOs when they are out. If you are lucky you will get allotment which roughly depends on the number of times the issue being over subscribed.

or if you don't achieve you can buy the same from minor market once they are scheduled.

which is better? Investing surrounded by a Bear flea market fund or a bull souk fund?

Question:I have other considered myself a bull market investor. But this year the bazaar has be down and hasn't shown alot of hope for sparking life anytime soon. So would it be a worthy move to invest in a take on market fund untill I become aware of the market is going stern up? Or would it be better to just keep hold of investing in the bull flea market fund sweat the loss and hope for gains surrounded by the future. And how do these funds sort money when the market is going down? I know they primarily use short sale to make a profit, but I dont know much else.

Answers:
Please don't run what I am saying as intolerable. Read the entire email before you transport me flame mail. You're an amateur. Amateurs gain married to being any a bull or bear. Pro's enjoy no bias. They don't care what the open market is doing. If it's falling, they'll go short. If it's rising they'll jump long.

It's sounds to me like you're a Permabull. That's great if it's a bull souk. But it's not, it's a bear. The Dow runs on a 17-18 year cycle; 1965-1982 be a 17 year bear, 1982-2000 be a 18 year bull. This is 2006, so we are only 6 years into a 17-18 year carry cycle. Does that mean the open market won't rally? Of course not. The open market from rallied up until May 10 of this year. You can own bear bazaar rallies. I believe we enjoy entered phase II of this suffer cycle.

What you need to do is become comfortable with the market. Learn how they work, what kind of cycles they run on, what cycle it's contained by now. Then tailor brand name your strategy to fit that market.

It would be foolish to enter a bull fund and ride out the losses until the marketplace reverses. The market have another 11 to 12 years to run in this accept phase, can you wait that long?

To be a pro, you've get to be alert and nimble. You inevitability to be forward looking, see what's happening and be of a mind to move money from bull to bear and vice versa when needed. Pro's do not return with emotionally attached to a view point. The just thing that concerns them is to take home a profit and cut loss.

Let me ask you this, if you're making money, does it matter if your a bull or tolerate? Heck, if I'm making bucks, I would care if I be a Zebra (small joke). What good is it to be a bull if your losing money mitt over fist. You can tell your friends that you're a bull, while you own to eat Kraft Mac & cheese create you can't afford anything else. That applies to anyone who is a bear during a bull cycle.

The bottom strip is this - clear your mind of any preconceived notions. Stop listening to everyone else (including me) and do your own research. If the souk is telling you that it's within bull phase, invest accordingly. If it's surrounded by a bear phase, afterwards move into bear investments.

The best personality to give you counsel on investing your money is you. Research has found that individuals who do their own research and engender their own trading decisions consistently outperform the top fund manager in the country.

Let the flea market tell you what it's doing and afterwards invest accordingly.

What is the best passageway to invest a small amount of money?

Question:401 etc, what do you invest in? What is the best course to invest? Any advice. I own an average job, not rich.

Answers:
You can be in motion to sharebuilder and put some in monthly. If you pick a company to be exact known to be stable and recompense good dividends consequently you can reinvest the dividends, it becomes sort of approaching compound interest, where the interest starts earn interest.

Diversification is nice, so low cost Exchange Traded Funds are an important consideration. I close to the Dow Jones Select Dividend Index Fund (DVY). It is about $62 a share right in a minute and is within pennies of its Net Asset Value, the worth of the stocks inside the fund. It have a distribution yield of roughly speaking 3.60 which is a pretty good rate of return compared to if you departed the money in the edge. Every share you buy is getting a slice of some 114 very profitable companies that share part of a set of their profits (dividends) with you the stockholder.

Good luck, doesn`t matter what you do.

Other Answers:
Invest it in one of your 401k (no-load) mutual funds. If you are lower than 40 years old, select a growth fund.
Pick a diversified mutual fund that doesn't vary a high expense ratio and try to sort a contribution every month. I recommend Vanguard.
