Lo siento, I am not an investing ace.
But there are secure trends that are pretty obvious.
1. They are not making any more grease, and the demand for grease does not seem to be deminishing. In reality there is not even any attempt contained by the U S to reduced demand. Coupled near the oil situation nearby are the alternative fuels--coal. And the alternative means of transportation--rail. Have you looked at the current emergency for rail transportation? I only just flew 4 flights on Delta. They were sold out. If Delta can not label money with sold out flights, how can they manufacture money? Air transport looks like a lost proposition.
2. I option I were completely wrong but the situation within the U S does not look promising. Balance of trade deficit in the trillions, budget deficit surrounded by the trillions, consumer debt in the trillions, unfunded liability in the trillions, form care costs contained by the tens of trillions. Manufacturing and services fleeing by the boat load. Not much of a adjectives. Better to move assets to where here are greener pastures--India, China, Japan, Europe. Better safe than sorry.
No i am not an investing ace but i do have a pretty polite clue on what i am doing, but i do make mistakes, but I revise from them and move on some times i win sometimes i lose....

A stock I own be not long added to the Russell 3000 Index...?
Question:...how much does that really mean?I am a "tiny" investor...not even plenty to call myself a "small" investor.
Thanks!
Answers:
Any time a stock is added to an index, inevitably you will own higher volume and potentially difficult price movement because when the index announces the addition, adjectives the index fund managers and index ETF manager will have to pocket a position in the stock to maintain their portfolio aligned with the correlating index. This is a fitting thing, and it can trade name a big difference.
Other Answers:
When a stock is added to an index, what usually happens is that the index funds that are base on that index are forced to buy the shares of that company. That causes a run up within the price of those shares because of the short term increased constraint. If you we thinking of selling the stock, it is a good opportunity. If you are a long possession investor in the stock, it is also a devout opportunity because with the stock individual in the index near will be increased demand for the stock by the index funds.
There is a downside. In a flea market selloff, stocks that are a part of an index are subject to addional selling pressure as ethnic group liquidate their index holdings.

Assuming you be exceptionally "up to date AND lucky" can you label a bloodshed surrounded by the Forex marketplace beside ..?
Question:... a modest initial investment? How modest is modest?Answers:
Knowledge has abundantly to do with self successful in trading Forex. Luck - you build your own luck. The key to trading 4x is to cram, learn and verbs to learn. You must first describe your trading style; are you a momentum, swing, day or position trader. Second, you involve to develop a trading system (either you can develop on yourself, or find a trading system that fits your style/temperment). Third is discipline. You need a trading plan where on earth you define how you enter a trade, how you place instructions (limit or market), criteria for setting stops, you're exit strategy, how much of a profit you want to make, etc. And above adjectives - DISCIPLINE, that you stick to your trading plan NO MATTER WHAT. If you don't stick to your plan and make money is worse than if you do and lose money. Why? Because you are setting a precedent where on earth you are not forming the necessary discipline that when things receive bad, you won't cut your losses.
Trading is THE HARDEST article you can do, but if you prepare and always verbs to learn, you can formulate money. As far as "modest investment", virtually every FX broker allows for mini account. Some own minimums as low as $200 and others have no minimums, so you can start next to $50 (but mind you 1 mini lot is about $50, so if you're wrong, you'll lose your $50 on the first trade).
Other Answers:
Of course, if you indeed be "exceptionally knowledgeable AND lucky" you could net money in anything.
Question is, are you?
I don't know much in the order of trading Forex but I am sure you can do it.
Of course, modest investment is probably different for everyone. A modest investment for Bill Gates may be 5 million dollars. Keep in mind though that anytime you invest, do NOT invest more than you can afford to lose.

reason of collapse of indian stock souk on may 10?
Question:Please tell 4 or 5 reason of collapse of indian stock market as on may 10.Answers:
India is experiencing an monetary boom. When a country experiences an economic boom, explicitly usually reflected within their equities market. Now, lower than normal circumstances, market will grow at a rate that would be considered "normal" which varies from flea market to market. But during financial booms, speculation in the market gets heated and the souk grows too quickly. Stock prices move route out of line near true valuations. P/E's get hold of really high, book attraction is ridiculous, but the general public see nothing wrong, they give attention to this is normal.
If you look at the BSE, from belated 2001 to May 10, 2006, the Sensex grew from 2600 to 12,600 - over 10,000 points in a litte over 4 years. That is a classic speculative bubble. Money flows into the bazaar, people see it climbing and don't want to miss out and they fly in driving prices highly developed and it becomes a vicious cycle. When this happen, valuations get hold of way out of vein, stocks trade for more than what they're truly worth.
In the U.S., we experienced the same article from the early/mid 90's to 2000. The only difference is that U.S. market haven't begun to correct. Watch, when the excesses are finally worked out of the U.S. equities market, the Dow will be trading in the 3000 band and possibly as low as the 1000 range.
With the Sensex, they experienced a classic speculative bubble. People be borrowing money to get into the money. One male I read about borrowed a huge sum of money and get into the Sensex at the top. Now he has no opinion how he's going to pay that money put money on.
Bottom line, the Sensex experienced a speculative bubble, and adjectives bubbles pop. And when they do pop, it's usually ugly. The bazaar has to acquire rid of the excess.
By the way, I don't believe the BSE is finished bottoming. The General rule of thumb is when a bubble pops, the flea market will give up 90 to 100% of adjectives the gains from the previous run up. In supposition, you could see the Sensex lose another 8000 points before it bottoms out. Will it? Maybe, but with the sole purpose time will tell.
If you can, I recommend you achieve the book "Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds" by Charles Mackay. He wrote the book in the 1850's, but it so applies to today. As you read it, see if you don't see similarities between what happen back within the 1600's and 1700's to what is happening contained by the equity markets today. Although the items traded may change, pay attention to the human behavior that occur back after and compare it to today.
Other Answers:
Why do you need a grounds?
You pre-suppose that there is one, and that someone in actuality knows the pretext, or worse, controls the reason.
The market fluctuate. That is what they do. They have a mind of their own. Some look forward six months or more. Are you asking us to "forcast" the explanation?
Sometimes, there is no justification.
It is better to know what to do at certain price level, support and resistance, and to know how to increase your odds and protect your investment than to try and predict or find a "idea."
