MO is Altria. This company is Philip Morris, and is set for its cigarette business. The MO board felt that Kraft be holding slowing down the growth of the stock. The profit margins are a lot superior at Phillip Morris than they are at Kraft.

If you own 100,000, and ur young-looking. how would you invest it?

Question:

Answer:
Since I am no longer young, I probably can not amply answer this question. When I be young I did not own $100,000, but back consequently $100,000 was a large amount more than now.

I hold always be a fan of the stock open market so undoubtedly that is where on earth I would invest it. A portion would go into Indian and Chinese companies and funds investing within India and China, maybe $25,000. A portion would be in motion in an index fund, an selection that was exclusive when I was youthful. RSP is one of my favorites, maybe another $25,000. $25,000 within t-bills as a safety meaning. Sort of a reserve if the market desides to drop around 25%. The final $25,000 assuming I am young and do not own a house, would turn as a down payment on a modestly priced house of around 1500 to 1700 sq feet living space even though existing estate prices today are somewhat inflated. Still with proper negotiation it should be possible to pick up one at a probable price.
need to answer more question:
age?
investment time frame?
how much risk willing to whip?
need income?
any current investments?

base on these questions the result might be made, but always diversify and rebalance

In stocks. The flea market average is 9-10% gain yearly since 1925. That money that , on average, the money woudl gain $10,000 per year during the first few years. It's growth woudl be rather exponential and woudl double within about 7 years. For further gain you woudl leverage 100,000 against the 100,000 to put 200,000 contained by the overall stock market and own an average yearly gain of $20,000 per year. Then the money woudl double (go to unadulterated $200,000) in lower than 5 years. If you are risk averse, then you coudl buy a house next to it. $100,000 will be a big down payment.

The best place to for ur requirement is Liquid (Money market) funds. On the amount invested in the Liquid Funds u earn return (interest) on a each day basis. Currently Liquid Funds r deliver annualised returns of 6-6.5%. If u invest into a liquid fund thro an online information like ICICIDirect consequently u can sell the unit online whenever u require money. If u r investing thro an MF agent, then bring an online access for the specific MF account so that u can execute the mart transaction online.

I am a touch puzzled by (the clothing industry). I am uncertain how that relates to the remainder of the request for information.

In both China and India one can invest in respectively of those industries mentioned though purchasing stock in the different companies. Many are actually traded on the American exchanges. For example CHL (China Mobile) is the largest cell phone company within the world and its stock is traded on the NYSE. In infastructures ACH is the 2nd largest Aluminum company in the world and is traded on the NYSE.

Ok have anyone else gotten this email more or less WR Hambrecht & Co LLC,?

Question:
Apparently they are going public this next week. The minimum investment is $2,700 USD. Do you know anything give or take a few this company and do you think it would be perceptive to invest? Again I say this every time I post an investment sound out "I take RunEye.com next to a grain of saline but I like to know what race think". Thanks again yahoo kids.
Kevin

Answer:
I 'G00GLEd' the company; it's a brokerage firm that is IPOing.

Unless you are extremely identifiable with the company, officer, their financial reports attested by a certified accountant, this is NOT a lucritive investment. Most IPO's fail. You are unacceptable to sell IPO stock in a specific period. I believe it's one to two years.

At best, invest in a certain company with a history of returns.
At worst, wait until they HAVE gone public and a transcript of share price is known.

Fidelity have the best mutual funds!! yes or no? why or why not?

Question:

Answer:
"best" is a somewhat subjective adjective in this fastidious case. I will forfeit that they do have some "good" mutual funds. There can be no argument roughly speaking that but "best" leaves room for all kind of argument. Actually some of their best performing mutual funds are closed to new investors.

In common Fidelity Funds have relatively low expense ratio which is good. They set aside many different types of mutual funds wich is also honourable. But I do not believe that any of their funds has turned contained by the "best" return in its category over any hard to please period of time during recent memory. Be it 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, or 10 year. I might be incorrect surrounded by that respect. They do have 6 funds rate 5 stars by Moringstar over the 3, 5, and 10 year period. One could really consider those among the best. One of those 6 is closed.
Most of their funds have a nouns charge or fee. It can be as much as 9%. Try a company similar to Charles Schwab which offers funds from frequent different fund families and most next to no sales charge or levy. For example, if you invest $100,000, and there is a 9% tax, $9,000 comes soff the top for the company say Fidelity, and singular $91,000 gets invested.
Fidelity have a number of excellent funds. And no, they do NOT hold any 9% load (fee). Is it "the best"? Probably not, but I don't reflect you can pick a single family of funds and enunciate it's "the best."

All large fund family have some funds that do better than their index, and adjectives have some funds that under-perform relative to their index. But that can redeploy from one year to the next.

I don't reflect on there is a "best" familial of mutual funds.
I don't like them because:
1) A few years ago, contained by the race beside Vanguard's S&P 500 fund to be the biggest fund, Fidelity their contender grow way too big (asset bloat) and investors suffered.
2) The daughter of the Chairman of the board speedily rose up in the ranks to nick one of the top jobs. She didn't do resourcefully so there be a wide restructuring and she be moved sideways (can anyone define the word "nepotism"?).
3) In former times (I heard not long the policy is changing) they use untried new hires as manager of their sector funds. As soon as they get eperience (knowledge) roughly speaking one sector, they would be transfered to another sector fund to start all over again. It be their way to groom manager for widely diversified funds. I do not like the impression of using sector fund investors as "guinea pigs." Some suffered.
4) They have have customer service problems big time. They lost a dividend check of mine. After months and months of phone calls a controller in Utah (I am within New York, their HQ is in Boston, why my phone give the name was transferred to Utah I don't know) finally found my dividends stock surrounded by their computer mess.
5) They like other fund companies own started Target Retirement type funds (they call theirs Freedom funds). Unlike T. Rowe Price, Vanguard and others, Fidelity charges an extra running fee lying on the management fees of the "within" funds.
This adjectives shows me they are more interested in putting money contained by their own pockets before the pockets of investors. The other family I like, enjoy a more "if our investors do well, afterwards we will do well" attitude.
1) Fidelity is the largest mutual fund firm. No firm can legitably claim they have "the best" funds
2) They approaching all other firms enjoy loaded and non loaded funds for sale.
3) Funds are market based upon long-gone performance that can step back, decades contained by some cases.
4) I would pick the firm based upon the type of fund you want (environmental etc) the security of buying and selling (preferably on the web) and the adequacy of the research information they provide on the trellis and the ease of access it.
When you compare mutual fund performance over yesteryear 3, 5, 10, and 15 years you will find different funds top of the performance league for the different period.

Peter Lynch was one of Fidelity's best fund manager from 1978 to 1990. His average annual return was around 29% per annum. You will find vastly few funds able to sustain such a giant return over all time frames.

However, I hold found one system that has produced consistantly elevated returns. It is not a stock fund. You will have complete control over your investments at adjectives times. The system was developed by stocksmonthly.com. Check it out.
1) No
2) Because they lose your money.

Here is a Fidelity Mutual Fund but if you verbs deep plenty you will find hundreds of them losing your money.

Are "loads" on mutual funds charged single once?

Question:
I bought into a mutual fund recently near a 5.75% load through my brand sprankin' strange IRA account. Right stale the bat I lost 5.75% but if I make new contributions into that fund will a load still be charged or is it single charged when buying into the fund initially?

Answer:
Load is a one-time sales charge depending on whether you buy or market the fund at hand. You with the sole purpose get charged once.
loads are transactional charges, you'll be defenitely hit next to managemet fees o the annual basis. see prospectus for more details. (by the route 5.75% very expensive I should utter, very)

http://letsgobble.com/
You are a bit of a sucker. There are THOUSANDS of no load funds that you can buy, through discount brokers close to Scottrade or Schwab. There is no reason to payment a load.

Why buy something when you do not know the answers to simple question about it such as you ask?

What do you return with for a load? ADVERTISING intended to clear your fund grow more rapidly. And guess what-- the bigger it get, the more clumsy and unwieldly it becomes. It's similar to paying extra to carry a roomy rock around.

Check out Fidelity Magellan Fund over the last 25 years or so. Bigger is NOT better when it comes to funds.

The reality that you have rewarded this load way that you are likely to enjoy bought the thing through a broker, and that way that you will be bombarded with more not real ads for even MORE nouns funds.

It also means that you will be psychologically chain to one fund family and smaller number likely to move to another one, even when the information demand it.

Being married to a fund domestic is useless and dumb. The only justification to buy any mutual fund is to make money: if you don't play the paddock, you will not realize the best results.

When you buy ANYTHING. avoid commissions and fees. This goes double or triple for mutual funds.

Do yourself a favor: find a subscription to Hulbert's Digest and find yourself a good newsletter. Get Sheldon Jacob's excellent book on no-load funds, available used at Amazon.com for beneath a dollar. Read it, understand it, and the subsequent time you buy a fund, THINK.

Check out the other funds in your fund kinfolk at regular intervals. Deal DIRECTLY with the fund clan if you swap funds, which will normally not involve getting stuck beside another unproductive commission.
Loads are charged each time you buy shares, for the initial purchase, when dividends are reinvested, and for respectively additional brass purchase.

As a Loan Officer, what do you involve to approve a home loan?

Question:
Real Estate

Answer:
Jazcy you have asked like peas in a pod question tons times.

As a loan officer you need doesn`t matter what documents are required by the lender on the program you decided for it to walk into underwriting. Underwriting will any approve the loan based on what you provided or deny.

Each lender is different and respectively program type requires it own specific documents.

One way going give or take a few this is checking the program guidelines. That is what the underwriter goes stale of and can be used towards your advantage.

Another more adjectives way is to contact your rep and enjoy them find out what you need for it to run into underwriting.

Approval is never guaranteed.
You should product sure that the customer could pay the mortgage.
There are number of variables that a loan officer considers when attempting to submit a home loan. A loan officer his charge is to structure a loan in a demeanour that a lender who not only approved but also find. To that extent, the loan officer's foremost function is to ask you questions just about your personal finances, and structure of the loan a manner that the lender will find appropriate. He go beyond your strict credit score, but delve into your specific collateral, and he your income. A qualified loan officer will not only examined you be specific finances, but if need be debarred the rules to make the business deal work. Do not for yourself, specific finances, within purpose, are legitimate to lenders. Most lenders fathom out that individual borrowers know their finances. It actually depends on your credit win and whether or not you have an existing mortgage near that company. Layoff past my incentive stock option vest?

Question:
I suspect I will be laid off a month previously my iso stock options vest. Will I still be entitled to maintain these pre-vested options should I be tolerate go OR do I own the option to hold them after I leave? Please push for.

Answer:
typically, this is 'worked out' when you are layed off. sometimes, they will allow you to hang on to them (and allow you to accrue vesting time). Let's say, it be a short term layoff and they planned to bring you final in 6 months or so. You would not loose leave, your salary substructure, etc.

However, if your layoff is permanent you will be required to do something near the options. In almost adjectives plans, there are these contingency plans tabled. You should have a set of the rules- you find a set every year you sign for new ones. in that will be a set of rules stipulating what happens if you die (my satchel my wife has 90days after my death), if you retire, or if you quit.

I enjoy seen where on earth people hold been fired/layed bad and there is an agreement made as a factor of a severance package. So, read your rules, hope you're not man laid off, and negotiate your severance bag well if you do.
Since you are so close to vesting, if they lay-off you, they are more than feasible to vest you. Otherwise, they'd surely face a employment practice lawsuit (laying you stale to avoid giving you your benefit.)

The company is individual heavily promoted in China where on earth I live. Generally the belief is that it is an American company. However, I am sure that it is not an American organisation as reading the English on the website prooves that it was not done by a home-grown English speaker as there are far too copious illogical grammatical errors.

Seems it may own been done to scam citizens from the East.
