The causes of financial crisis within my personal opinion is due to deficiency of financial and business laws within the country. As more and more investment pumps into the country, everything increased eg property and stock exchange which eventually create a "bubble" just waiting time to burst. 1997 financial crisis is the pulling out of investment from that country which have many loopholes surrounded by laws and cause price slumped. Another factor is the usage of electronics in financial world have caused the country not sufficiently expert to react due to the briskly pull out of investment out of the country.

I agree that I am not sure what you mean by "financial personality". But, I am assuming it is the bearing to talk to your clients. I assume you are referring to the Proshares ETFs which seek to do any double the returns or double the inverse return of an index such as the S&P 500. The way they work is that if the S&P is up 1% today, the Proshares Ultra S&P will be up 2% and the Ultra Short will be down 2%.
A couple of things to know - they hope to replicate the DAILY performance, not long occupancy. Also, you really have to salary attention to the specialist pricing - bid/ask, AND where it should be trading at a given time. The specialists are not exactly charitably inclined and you can hold some slippage. They are a good tool if you know what you are doing.

Yes, they are traditionally contradictory within that raising rates is supposed to dry up liquidity and access to funds to decrease infaltionary pressures. Increasing liquidity is supposed to have the different effect.
The only point I can think of is that the Fed seem to think that it wants to control inflation, but the govt needs to increase liquidity for the sheer amount of deficit spending, both for trade and for the war(s) that we are incurring. Hence, the increased bond offerings, yield plummeting and need for foreign investors.
Hahaha, great cross-question. Only thing I can amount is this is the last resort. Otherwise Americans and their command would have to pay packet down all the debt they enjoy built up. Since that is out of the question and there is no passageway the US Government would willingly dispense up power by reducing its size and the US population would not give up entitlement programs... gotta hold on to the liquidity flowing until there is so much of it it is adjectives worthless. The Fed is raising rates to combat inflation and count liquidity through the open flea market to prime the economic pump. It's a corresponding act and so far it's working, so far. If rates progress up and the economy stops growing they own to lower rates and inflation comes to the forefront. By the way M2 is up nearly 6 % yoy so there is not a total lot of liquidity being added. With the subprime collapse and a full fledged credit crunch looming (see dow down 583 points finishing week with great profits reports) I'd say they are starting to teeter a bit.

well i enjoy invested in two stocks ABB and DLF. resourcefully i just told the broker to invest within DLF. DLF is listed within both NSE and BSE. the stock price of DLF at which he bought was 646.(something). how do i konw that the stock price have increased? just explain me when the stock prices are updated. sometimes within the ticker in the TV. it say up arrow 46.40 or suddenly the next minute it is down arrow 3.80 but the stock price remains one and the same. how do i know if the stock price increased or decreased. and sometimes, the stock DLF is not displayed within the TV ticker at all...with the sole purpose sometimes they show. that is not the grip with ABB...they display its stock price everytime. a moment ago tell me how can i know if the stock price have increased. ..? the up arrow increases but the stock value remains one and the same..

I think you are misreading those tickers. Moving 3.80 on 46 sounds resembling a big move.
For the other stock , if there are no trades the stock might not be scheduled on the ticker.
Can you monitor the stocks online, that is better info.
