I invest in India through mutual funds. Most of my money within India is in emerging market funds focusing on the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) countries so that I have some diversification if anything desperate happens contained by one of those countries. That money is in the Vanguard Emerging Markets Fund.
I also hold some money strictly in India, via Matthews Funds' India Fund.
If you prefer to invest in any fund, make sure that you read the prospectus for respectively fund carefully. There's abundantly of money to be made in emerging market, but they're also very risky and volatile.

The answer to your question is probably "yes", but this company own tried very strong to be a legal fraud. This open-handed of organization depends on your dedication to the make happen to keep business rolling. Most of the devaluation of the dollar is due to both our trade deficit (due to demand of cheap goods) and from poor fiscal responsiblity as a lattice debtor. It is impossible to say how long it would be past the CAD of the dollar rises significantly. A good frame of insinuation, though, is the growth of the Chinese and SE Asian economies. As their products become more expensive with the shift of labor costs surrounded by their economies, the US will any have to shift its purchasing to other small economy or balance it's spending between domestic and foreign stock. In which case, the effectiveness of the dollar would almost certainly rise.
