The best way is to bring back to know the company first!. What they do how they do. You need to infer it from A to Z. Then look at financial ratios close to liquidity, trend on net income on teh p&L through olden 3 years. If debt is increasing, find out what are they doig with loans and how is the ROA, ROE, current assets to current liability should never has a decreasing trend on more than 3 years.

Forget about one able to look at one entity in the report and self able to analyze it. Trained professionals are remunerated a lot of money to do that, and still procure it wrong!
You watch the stock price move up/down; hang about a few hours for the price to stabilize, and make your result based on how the stock in fact MOVES, rather than the report itself. Reports themselves can be exceptionally misleading, but price moves in a stock is the surest point you've got.

First only invest within what you know or can understand. If you cannot have a handle on what the company does to make money, it make no sence to invest in that company because how can you evaluate them. Second look for a company next to a monopoly on the product or service i.e. microsoft, ebay, heintz...etc. Third, wait till some liberal of event happens similar to a lawsuit or bad report or word, and, if or when the other investors freak-out and sell the stock close to crazy people start to buy the stock and as long as zilch effects the monopoly buy more and hold cus they will come back.

They attempt to describe a reversal in price (double top is bearish - price falls, double bottom is bullish - price rises). I wouldn't put much credence contained by technical analysis of securities alone, it would own to be backed up by fundamentals, and macroeconomic factor.

penny stocks are typically worth especially little, hence the name penny stocks. They also typically enjoy very little movement (number of shares sold) on a typical hours of daylight so they are VERY easy to falsify. There can also be a very massive spread between the buy (the price someone is willing to supply their shares at) and the sell (the price someone will agree to buy at) prices.
In a nutshell, someone say "this stock will do great" and spreads the word. Very, very natural to do on the Net. The originator of the rumor has already bought some..probably at a snail`s pace over time to not jack the price up. Then that person starts to buy bigger blocks to create the "false" emergency that makes other suckers believe it is really going to turn up.
The first few in and out, get money and everyone else gets burned.
Such a stock transaction is NOT investing, it is speculating and laying a bet. It can be fun and a few make money at it, but VERY few.
Trading on momentum (stock movement) in need completely understanding the underlying fundamentals of the company is speculation and those that do so and are successful are trained to spot movement and to win in and out smartly and with a disciplined plan (meaning they know past they buy at what price they will buy AND sell).

Well, its on the bulletin board, which is what the OB means, so it is really unlikely to be worth much. Probably 99% of bulletin board stocks are nearly worthless, and your chance of losing money on these is slightly high.
That said, it's other possible that these companies can come back, and when they do, its a big concord.
Advanced Viral Research is, at least, a company to be precise doing something productive. But at this stage, it is purely research. The company has no profits, and worse even so, no revenues. Surely, it can't continue forever surrounded by this direction.
I'm not optimistic in the order of it, but if they come across a great new find, sure, it could be a big agreement. I just imagine there are better places to put your money, next to higher likelihood of success.

They did have a big spike posterior in 2000, but come right back down (as did most other stocks at the time). They also hold only a single product within the pipelines, AVR118 and only 9 body. So their sole survival currently relates to this product. Now, I'm a medical student (with a finance degree) and can't fairly figure out what their product is since they don't endow with an exact description of it, but could it work, maybe. Could it work and also get hold of approved by the FDA, another maybe. Do they own enough funding or someone to be exact willing to pay for them with the approximately $250 million (or more) that it take to bring a drug to market? I'm not sure. Just some question to consider when making your decision. One more item to keep contained by mind, over the counter stocks are known to be confident to manipulate and riddled next to fraud.
