Is it a business of public transcription on who owns shares of a company stock? How can I find this out?
Question:I have a fancy my boss owns stock in a company and is making deal to do business with this company contained by her current position so that the stock will go up. Isn't this unlawful? Can I find out if she really owns shares in this company? Is that public comprehension and if so, how can I get that information.Answers:
You probably cannot find this out. Shareholder list are not public information, but can be made available to existing shareholders. However, a shareholder needs to enjoy a reason, such as a proxy exchange blows, in demand to get them. To do that, you want to put up an enormous amount of money and enjoy a reason to try and purloin over a company.
It is perfectly lawful for someone to do business with a firm they also own and as expected they would want the price to go up. They would be nuts to want it to travel down.
It could potentially be unethical, but it definitely isn't illegal. Now it could violate her contractual obligation to her employer, but only if the employer have such a policy, it is part of her contract and is materially detrimental to the firm.
This is how capitalism works, everyone works contained by their own self interest and as a result we have gone from a close by starvation economy to an discount where impressively few people fruit farm or provide basic services and mostly live contained by luxury.
It sounds more like you any are jealous, a pharisee and consistency a rule is being broken, or enjoy some personal moral issue in a morality owned by you that other family don't share but you feel they should.

However, I would hope that your boss "is making deals.....so the stock will progress up. That's the way a successful manager/business operate.

Question:should i cash it or not.Answers:
Don't do it. It's an insanely big price to pay for a thousand-dollar loan. As for how much you hold to pay monthly, that's impossible to communicate unless you can also tell me how long they are giving you to wages it back.
Don't currency it. You'd be paying $37 monthly for principal and interest, plus a $37 monthly charge. This would make a total of $74 month. That's pretty close to an forceful rate of about 73% and you would salary a total of around $1,600 for a $1,000 loan.

Question:Answers:
There is no "best" way, but hundreds of "bests," and probably thousands. This is a pretty general and too broad of a cross-question.
Within the mutual fund industry, there are hundreds of "bests."
Within the ETF industry, again, hundreds.
Within the commodities sector, including debt instruments and derivatives, near must be thousands.
How many hundreds of bests are at hand in the bank industry, including CD's, savings accounts, T-Bills, etc.
How roughly speaking real estate?
There is not a soul investment, there is no catch rich quick plot, there is no pot at the closing of the rainbow.
Like any vocation, it take hard work, lots of study, and the trialling of your theories, learning what make you tick, learning your own individual time and stress levels, and warfare the emotions of suspicion, greed, and loss of hope.
Your success or flop lies within you, not some else's view.
One of the most important Samurai text ever written, by Miyamoto Musashi, “The Book of the Five Rings (1643)”, offers this suggestion: “Think of what is right and true. Learn to see everything accurately. Become aware of what is not obvious. Be discreet even in small matter. Do not do anything useless.”
There can be no great success surrounded by trading (life) without great commitment, intricate work, discipline, and the realization of the “right” type of thinking.
It is the your attitudes, beliefs, and discipline that ultimately yield results. Courage and positive attitudes combined beside sound marketplace principles and methods will, in time, result contained by the desired outcome. Your persistence and determination to succeed is, contained by the final analysis, the critical element.
The best course to do anything yourself is to learn something nearly it first. You'd be surprised at the thousands of books available on this one subject at your local library.
But most people spend more time decide the color of their new coupé, than they do on a mutual fund advisor, for example.
Are you really wanting to do this yourself, or are you asking about someone who is an expert who can do it for you?
If you invest contained by the stock market right presently, or just buy into adjectives the ETF's you can afford, it's a crap shoot, like rolling the dice, and the probability are probably not in your favor, whether you own an expert fund manager or not, because mutual funds are other "in" the market.
They enunciate "Buy and Hold" for the long term is better, but that depends on when you win in, and what your definiton of "long term" is. The phrase "Buy low and supply high" infers that you buy after a decline; decidedly not the case here.
The Dow have approached all-time highs later seen surrounded by Jan 2000 and failed, so if your long-term definition is more than seven years, consequently you won't mind waiting another seven years for a profit.
In my opinion, the pet name of the game is income preservation. When the risks are high, similar to right now, you acquire out of the stock and bond markets and park your bread in a interest good posture money market fund or compact disc or Treasury Bill.
This is simply not a good entry point for investors. Be merciful, wait a few months, and you'll know how to buy much more stock a lot cheaper, the risks will be lower (even though they will come across higher), and your chance of nouns greater.
If you wish to research the “Buy and Hold Strategy” further, or maybe trade yourself, I recommend two book titles. One is called "Which Is Better, Buy-and-Hold or Market Timing?" The other is "Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Market Timer?" They will tender you plenty to think going on for.

Are their ANY RISKS of loss within U.S. Tresury bills? If so what?
Question:Also, are t-bills connected to real estate contained by anyway?Answers:
It depends on what you mean by loss. You may be considering holding the bill for a spell shorter than maturity. In that armour, you may suffer losses due to an increase of yield rates. As another answerer pointed out, T-bills own short maturities / durations and this will mitigate your exposure to yield increase.
You might consider the loss of opportuniy risk (although that's manner of pushing it).
But I guess your real concern is near credit (or default) risks. The default risk of any currency issuing organization on securities denominated on its own currency are not considered realistic. Lets influence that at the time of maturity, the US Treasury did not hold sufficient fund to repay and could not raise it by emit new debt (e.g. contemporary T-bills), it can simply issue more currency.
Each country has different rules as to who decide when to issue currency, but that is something that would no problem be done to avoid a default. In this travel case, the sudden surplus of money would cause inflationary pressure, cause the dollar amount redeamed to be worth less than expected (it will still be alike amount of dollars though). But, unless your a foreing investor or are considering investing in non dollar denominated securities (e.g. a bond issued by the UK to be payed surrounded by BP), the loss of worth is irrelevant, as it affects all financial instruments as powerfully as cash.
In adjectives fairness though, some governments (e.g. Brazil) own chosen to stall payments of debts in their own currency to avoid more currency issuance as an attempt to bring down inflations at markedly high level (plus of 40% per month). But having T-bills such short maturities, it would seem to be very unlikely such scenario would present itself during that time.
Other Answers:
If the U.S. goverment were to collapse after there would be a complete loss excluding that I don't know.
Treasury bills are backed by the full confidence and credit ( and taxing ability) of the US Government. They are generally considered the safest investments on the planet. T-Bills are also the shortest length of readiness of all of the policy bonds. As with most bonds, mostly the shorter the length of readiness, the least amount of risk.
If TBills be to become worthless, then pretty much adjectives other investments in the US would be wipe out as well, except for Gold or some other tough assets that might have helpfulness in other parts of the world.
TBills are circuitously connected to real estate. I could draw some distant relationship by motto that if all tangible estate in the US dropped to 5% of its prior advantage, then TBills would be hurting as all right.
Buy as many as you can.
