NOT A GOOD TIME TO INVEST..........U MAY LOOSE IT ALL....JUST PUT IT IN THE BANK 4 NOW....
Tough question - if you deem this is the bottom of the market consequently invest.
If you think the open market is going to go down a bit more consequently hold on.
I am not certain whether this is a quiz about open market timing or a question in the region of unit trusts. I suspect in that might be two different questions here.
Unit trusts: I enjoy invested in them contained by the past and I will never do so again. The duty accounting of these things is virtually impossible. As they sell past its sell-by date their assets they return the capital to you at which time you own to report whether you made or lost money on the investment and adjust your cost basis suitably.
Market timing: There is something to be said for dollar averaging. The future is unsure. If you know of something that you wish to invest surrounded by then it can take home sense to spread out your investment to average out your cost. If you buy $10,000 worth today and the value of the investment drops 25% consequently your investment is worth only $7,500. But if you buy solitary $5000 worth today and $5000 worth after the stock drops 25% then you will hold 16.7% more stock than if you purchased it all at the highly developed price. On the other hand if you buy $5000 worth and consequently the stock goes up 25% and you buy $5000 more consequently you will have the self-satisfaction of knowing that you are buying into a rising market. money bazaar

Depends on the amount you are getting financed for. If your credit level is between or sophisticated than 568 you my get an ok rate. If you spatter below those numbers good luck. Thats considered exceptionally bad. You might still find lenders that will buy and sell with your situation, but the rate could be up 21.2%. Thats what happen when you fall below those intervals.

Well, I'm not sure what source the other poster used, but the P/E is approach off. Using the Standard & Poor's pattern site P/E ratio which is updated quarterly (so as of Dec 31, 2005) it is 17.46. Using Marketwatch.com's web site it is 17.34.

What is the benefit of buying a loaded mutual fund?
Question:Answers:
Well, you can use the cost of the load as a cost conclusion.
Otherwise, there is no dedicated benefit. There are some very virtuous funds which are only available through a nouns, but there are equally virtuous performers which are available lacking a load.
I suppose that since a nouns fund is available only through a broker, some culture might consider a broker's advice of some helpfulness. However, I wouldn't be one of those people.
Other Answers:
Over time in that are some loaded mutual funds that are cheaper from a fee standpoint than funds in need loads. When you evaluate the fee structure of a mutual fund you own to look at both the load as in good health as the internal fees that are present in adjectives mutual funds. I'm not going to talk more or less specific funds but there are loaded funds available where on earth you pay a 5% nouns up front and then annual internal fees of .75% of total assets. Over 5 years the total amount of expenses would be 5 + .75(5) = 8.75% of total assets. On the no nouns side take a fund that have a 0% front end nouns but has annual fees of 2%. Over 5 years that fund would be 0 + 2(5) = 10% of total assets. In this distinctive scenario you would pay 1.25% more within total fees in a no nouns fund than you would in a loaded fund. This scenario is not true for every loaded fund and no nouns fund but it is a possible scenario. The easiest way to see this is contained by checking out the prospectus of a fund that offers you the risk of choosing a front load or a no nouns option. Compare the payment structure of the funds and you can do the math. Good luck
There may be two.
1) Their total return over many years is soaring and consistent.
2) The investor has access to a Fund Family next to a large number and range of individual funds
Is a dollar today worth more than a dollar tomorrow? Why or why not?
Question:Answers:
A dollar today worth more than a dollar tomorrow.
Think of it that way: if i supply you a dollar now, you will put it surrounded by the bank and tomorrow it will worth more (because of the interest the edge gave you).
If we articulate that the interest the bank give you is 5% for one day (just for the example), 1 dollar today worth 1.05 dollars tomorrow.
Hope i be clear...

Question:Lustar Corporation is in Asheville,NCIt is also shut down very soon
He worked there for three years but never withdraw or rolled-over
his 401k when he left.
not sure if Fidelity or who took trouble of it
just have need of to know who or how I can get within contact with
Answers:
If it be never rolled over or withdrawn, normally adjectives you need to do is contact the HR department at the company. They will distribute you information about what's within the account presently, including his account number, and after you just entail to decide who you want to roll it over to. I'd recommend rolling it into an IRA but if he have another 401k at his new work, he also have the option of rolling it into that side.
I have to allow that I'm a little worried that he hasn't gotten any statements or anything over this time. Even near the company shut down, the 401k should still be in existence. Did your husband hang on to his address updated?
I'd suggest trying to reach someone else who worked surrounded by the company with him to determine who is administering the 401k plan, and afterwards contact them. Surely he can remember the name of someone who he worked next to, and find them in the Asheville phone book.
Best of luck.
