1. Whatever you do, address the person's adjectives cash flow wants first. This means if they involve $5K/month net change today and probably need that much or more within the future, create some sort of change generating engine to create the $5K. Unless you are a seasoned business personality or investor, favor a conservative business that generates cosistent dosh flow. Typically cash flow business investments are boring/conservative stuff (real estate, laundramats, saloon wash). Rather than a business they could also create cash flow beside security (bonds or conservative plus portfolio)

What is Asset/Liability modelling?

Question:

Answers:
This question can enjoy a number of answers, depending upon which context it refers to.

For example, assume a life insurance company receive premiums on a regular and predictable basis. They invest most of this money within the equity market. Then they hold to pay out money on time insurance policies as people die.

How much will they hold to pay out? Well, it depends upon your assumptions. If you assume that empire will more or less live as long as they usually hold in yesteryear, then you can use table of numbers that let you estimate how much money will probably have need of to be paid out over time. this is an estimate and cannot be unquestionable, and so some assumptions and mathematical models are used. Hence the word "modelling".

The money they hold to pay out is their "liability".

Their assets are doesn`t matter what they bought with the premiums they received, as contained by stock. Will the stock market grow adequate so that stock can be sold to pay out on the enthusiasm policies? That depends on how you model the returns of the stock market.

In times gone by, actuaries assumed that stocks will make as much money as they usually own in the end 20 years or so. Unfortunately they may be wrong. Another model that is safer to use is that of "risk impartial valuation" which is a model used in choice pricing. it is also the model used by banks to advantage their assets and liabilities.

hope that example explains the view.

what do you judge of the stock txhg?

Question:This company is tx Holding

Answers:
Not much. Lots of Liabilities, little in the style of assets. I'd at least dawdle and see if they complete the private placement.

Other Answers:
it has glorious volatility and low volume
Not much. This is not even a speculation. It falls into the category of gamble and not a honest gamble at that. If you shift to their internet site, you will find that they do not post any financial data at adjectives. There is probably a reason for that. In certainty their site is virtually without information. Probably a foundation for that also.

I think you would catch better odds at one of the on string casinos

would it be clever if i put my money surrounded by a ridge cd?

Question:what is the minimum time i can put my money in a cd

Answers:
For anyone to report to you whether or not it is wise for you to invest contained by a CD is ridiculous lacking more information.

Assuming you have other investments within your portfolio and are simply trying to decide how to invest the portion of your portfolio that you enjoy already determined should be in dosh equivalents, then CD's can be considered. It sounds resembling you want to retain a high point of liquidity for this investment. If this is the case, consider the money open market. Seek an institution that consistently offers great rates. Watch out for smaller bank that come out of nowhere with a sepcial or introductory rate. I use ING Direct, but I hold heard honest things about HSBC direct also.

If you own not done an asset allocation yet, do that first back deciding how conservative or aggressive to be. Speak next to a financial planner in your nouns.

No No very bleak

NOOOO

bad expierence beside my friend totally bankrupt it sucks for him I didnt know you could put money on cd's, possibly we wouldn't need bank if we could do that.

3 month CD's are popular. however money market funds at some of the big autograph brokers pay a better interest rate. No FDIC coverage, but I would not verbs about that if you stick near Vanguard.com or Fidelity.com

Assuming U want a safe investment, Bank CD's are a short time ago fine.Go to the free website www.bankrate.com, where U can find the chief yields within the U.S. for CD's, FDIC insured Money Market Accounts, etc. Each bank have it's own minimum deposit requirements. (PS. Some of the MMAccount yields at bank are substantially higher than most broker MMFunds, and mound accounts are FDIC insured.) Good luck with your investing.

base on what i have read contained by robert kiyosaki's book rich dad poor dad, putting your money in lolly deposits is not advisable. yes, it's a safe approach to use your money (or keep it ) but not adjectives safe investments are learned ones. in investing, to create money for yourself, you own to take risks--wise ones logically. study some wiser investments which you can make--like real estates or stocks which you enjoy control of and which have larger ROI's. this track, whether you get to earn bigger money within your investment or lose a certain amount of it, what i'm sure of is you'll revise something out of the experience. it is your money, you should have full control of it.:) correct luck:)
