what is nav contained by a mutual fund?
Question:Answers:
Net Asset Value
The total market merit at the close of each souk day
dividied by
# of shares outstanding
Other Answers:
nav is Net Assest Value. Say you purchased unit at Rs. 10 face merit. According to market condition the merit of the unit may shift up or down. If after some time the value of these unit become Rs. 15 then the NAV is 15. i.e isf you put on the market the units you will bring back Rs. 15 for each section.
net asset utility is the total value of the fund's portfolio smaller number liabilities. The NAV is usually calculated on a each day basis.
network asset value
Net Asset Value is NAV
The network asset value (NAV) of a mutual fund is simply its assets minus its liability. In other words, NAV equals the fund's worth. If a fund has assets of $50 million and liability of $10 million, it would have a NAV of $40 million.
This number is momentous to investors, because it is from NAV that the price per unit of a fund is calculated. By dividing the NAV of a fund by the number of outstanding unit, you are left near the price per unit. In our example, if the fund have 4,000,000 shares outstanding, the price-per-share value would be $40 million divided by 4,000,000, which equals $10.
The NAVs of funds are constantly shifting and, as such, so are their price per shares. Funds usually wait until the expiration of each trading time to recalculate their NAV and individual share prices.
We should note that simply analyzing the NAV is not a obedient measure of the fund's growth. Funds are constantly paying out distributions of both income gains and dividends, which drain the NAV of the fund and do not reflect any appreciation within the price per unit. Say a fund's price per component increased from $10 to $15, but the fund also distributed $5 per share to all component holders. The fund hasn't simply appreciated by 50% ($10*1.5 = $15), as the per-unit cost would suggest; it has truly appreciated 100% ($10*2 = $20). So do not mistake a fund's per-share price based on NAV for the actual yield of the fund.
NAV MEANS NAVIGATION ASSET VALUER
Net Asset Value(NAV) is the actual value of one part of a given scheme on any given business daylight. The NAV reflects the liquidation plus of the fund's investment on that particular year after accounting all expenses. It is calculated by deduct all liability (except unit capital) of the fund from the realisable efficacy of all assets and dividing it by number of unit outstanding.
NAV is the net asset effectiveness of your units purchased by you.The souk price of units vary just resembling share price. The price of units at a demanding time is your nav . It may go up and down from the rate at which you enjoy purchased it.accordingly giving you profit or loss.Nav is established by the co on the basis of average investments made by it thr mutual fund route.

Question:Answers:
Practice for a year or two, then unfold an on-line account beside a broker, like ameritrade or scottrade. Start next to a small amount of money that you can afford to lose. Buy low sell elevated. Look at chats of p/e, earnings/share, etc. Never chase a stock that's rising fast on hot report. look at fundamentals of the particular stock. Intel for instance have a low p/e, for every dollar they make, the investor pays $15ish. Charted over time this is cheaper than its ever be. Don't sell short until you read it. And don't use your margin at first.

Can it be said speculating is a having a bet?
Question:Answers:
no, because speculating takes culture.
Other Answers:
yes
sure
I think it is with the sole purpose gambling when you own a stake in the outcome. When you have a flutter you bet money or goods on the desired result. When you speculate it's usually simply what you hope for, e.g. I think the get-together today will go really okay, you're speculating, but you haven't bet anything on it, so you won't lose anything if it doesn't go your road, and you wont gain anything if it goes resourcefully (except self esteem maybe), if you raise the stakes, though, put something of attraction on a desired result, then to be precise gambling, even if it's only just like "f this discussion goes ably I'm going to buy myself 3 donuts and a large coffee" Then you enjoy a stake in the outcome of the consultation, and it is gambling, though thoroughly mild and harmless gaming I think, and if that's the just gambling you do, later I wouldn't worry. If you close-fisted speculating on the stock-exchange, then i.e. gambling, because you simply bet that some company is going to do well, and you win a financial gain if you're right, or a loss if you're wrong. Basically gambling is anything where on earth you have something of merit at stake depending on the outcome. I'll bet you $20 I'm right ;-)
yes, in adjectives business practice, prices are lowered for volume purchases by the manufacturer/distributor to give incentive to the reseller. The volume is usually much more than the adjectives purchase, but at a price low enough to market quickly (here's the taking a fate part) because it is cheaper than most of the competition.
Let's say you go eggs. You usually buy 10 dozen eggs at .70
And you resell them for $1 per dozen
Your egg dealer tell you that if you buy 20 dozen instead, he can drop the price to .50 per dozen.
You run a "special" for .80 per dozen. You are now selling more eggs as a result because it is cheaper. But you are taking a uncertainty, because you know you can sell 10 dozen eggs, but you don't know if you can supply 20 dozen.
If you can sell ample eggs to cover the purchase of the extra eggs (10 doz x .50 = $5) by selling 7 of the 10 extra dozen eggs (7 X .80 = $5.60, which is actually more than the $5), the 3 dozen gone over is all profit (3 x .80 = 2.40), which is the equivalent of selling 8 dozen eggs @ .30 profit. Does this engender sense?
That's IF you sell adjectives the eggs. That's where taking a adjectives comes in.
That's why we enjoy "specials". The Spec in "Specials" in reality refers to speculation on purchases.
Yes, but the odds are better, the results more predictable, and the losses (if any) are minimal.

In a way, yes. But the trick is to find the odds on your side, by using a system for which you know the ceremony from back-testing.
There are two factors that count: the percentage of conquering trades and the ratio of your average gain for winning trades over the average loss for loosing trades. The latter meaning you control by using stoplosses.
With the trendfollowing system I use, I typically have 40% champion trades, but a 3.5 to 1 gain/loss ratio.
Of course when I take a trade I do not know within advance if it will be a conqueror or a looser. And it that sense speculation is gambling.
"Games of luck must be distinguished from games in which skill make a difference. The principles that work in roulette, dice, and slot machines are very, but they explain only cog of what is involved in poker, betting on the horses, and backgammon. With one group of games the outcome is determined by future; with the other group, choice comes into play.

I enjoy had an vindication at Scottrade for years, and I haven't found a lot of masked fees. Pretty much just the $7. I conjecture you have to retribution extra if you want your statement mailed out to you instead of unloading it by internet, but even that is close to $1 per month or something, and it's optional.

There are no underhand fees. The 7 dollar flat fee is well-mannered for both market and restriction orders. One of the biggest things around it is that since they charge lower fees, they pay a lower interest rate on any balance than other brokerages.

INVEST only just by volatility??
Question:Is it possible to trade stocks JUST by the volatility of a stock? Scalp trade, etc.? Whether the stock trades daily or single weekly? Say if some stocks have a volatility of 10% and others 50%?Answers:
Yeah playing volatility can be a vastly good belief but you need to pick the right stocks. Stocks lika AAPL and X (US steel) hold been severely good for me, especially if you use option, the returns are tremendous.
Other Answers:
Yeah, yeah, the Volatility Index (VIX) from the Chicago Board of Trade. I believe they have in fact introduced an ETF (exchange-traded fund) just for this index. It is straight-up having a bet, nothing more.
Very difficult but possible. However the risks are high-ranking. Look at me, I invested in DRL, BPOP, FBP and RGF and they are adjectives down. Most safe if you stay long.
Of course...but pick solid companies that own the volatility. Stay away from the 'bulletin board' stocks. I've been playing the volatility within Southwest Airlines (LUV) and Oracle (ORCL). Works great.
