Um...ok, I'm pretty knowledgeable in the order of this stuff, but I don't know what a 'reverse merger' is in this context. Normally this permanent status is used when a private company merges with a public one. But a pink sheet company isn't private, so I assume you anticipate that they will get the OTC address list from the dormant public shell company. Which company's shareholders are you concerned about? Because, within any merger, there are two companies involved. In itself, there's nought patently wrong with it, and getting the list would normally be a angelic sign, if it's the right kind of index. But are we talking NASDAQ fact list or just OTC? I expect, OTC could still be Pink Sheets, right? So it may not be beneficial. I guess you really need to clarify some of this until that time I try to make sense out of it. Which company do you own shares surrounded by? What type of OTC listing are they getting? etc.

Ebay will obtain more competition from GOOG; I am very bearish on Ebay and MSFT. GOOG is the best tech company except it is over priced. But, I would not buy any company that GOOG competes next to.
