What is RXPC really ?
Question:This stock is rxpc.pk a penney stock, by the press releases it looks close to they are doing something. What are they really and why are there no financials after two years?Answers:
Wow...RXPC.
I am sorry but near are many problems next to this stock. First, notice that within the symbol itself, it is traded as ".pk," which means that they are traded on the "pink sheets." The pink sheets be designed as a way to publicly trade companies that hold little money for attorneys and the like who will directory SEC papers for them. It is used for companies who were on bigger exchanges but their stock fell below exchange requirements. In other words, the pink sheets be designed to give the little guy a leg up and also as a safekeeping net for bigger guys on the route down who are trying hard to turn a company around.
Unfortunately, as is almost other the case, you own people who try to give somebody a lift advantage of the situation. For instance, the company is not required to account their financial statements to the public. The company is not required to list insider transactions, nor is the company required to even relate the public exactly what it is they do! In other words, the pink sheets are a breeding ground for scammers.
Here is what they do. They create a "shell" company, which is basically some guy contained by khaki shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, smoking a cigar, usually in Florida for some rationale, inventing a "company" completely out of thin nouns. He files the papers with the SEC and they admit him the right to sell shares on the pink sheets. Then, he and his partner send an email from a catalogue of penny stock suckers and "pump" the stock. "Yeah, it's great, trust me. Ninety dollars a share in three weeks, don't verbs." When the shares go up, they "dump" the shares for relatively a profit. Then they use that money to create another "shell" company and start the process over again. The first company dies on the vine and you are left near useless paper.
Now, I am not wise saying that everyone on the pinks is a scammer. In fact, most of the companies within are all too comfortable to tell you everything you want to know. Nor can I speak directly for RXPC. I know zilch about the company and neither does anyone else. That is the problem.
When you see that they are traded on the pinks and that they do not disclose any information almost their business, just stay away from it similar to it is the plague.
You can use MarketWatch.com and BigCharts.com to help you find information give or take a few these guys. If it is not there, or it say there is no profile for this company, it is a apposite bet that it is a pump and dump stock.
There are many especially good values within penny stocks but when you are playing the pennies, you have to do extra double due diligence. It looks resembling to me that this stock RXPC isn't going to do anything any time soon. Best thing to do is steal your medicine and grasp out. Valuable lesson learned. Call it a sunshine.
Best of luck to you!
Premium Bonds Question?
Question:I was told that once you arrive at the maximum investment of lb30,000the rate of return is better than most financial institutions. Is this true and what if I invested lb10,000 which is my life nest egg ??
Answers:
It depends....
The most you will get from the Bank for your lb10,000 is approx 5% (ie: lb500 a year). The return from Premium Bonds is more difficult to forecast. In hypothesis your chance of champion each prize is equivalent to your investment divided by the total invested within premium bonds.
Over the long term your return will be approx equivalent to the average. I haven't checked the info but I think it's unlikely to be more than 5%. Over the short residence your returns will vary more widely. Each month you own a small chance of prizewinning lb1 million. It is unlikely to happen but it is a possibility. Obviously if you win one of the big prizes your rate of return on your lb10,000 will be significantly highly developed than you would have get from the bank.

Who is George Soros ?
Question:Answers:
This is the legendary bit of his job, but not the bit he'd like to be remembered for.
On Black Wednesday (September 16, 1992), Soros become instantly famous when he sold short more than $10bn worth of pounds, profiting from the Bank of England's reluctance to any raise its interest rates to level comparable to those of other European Exchange Rate Mechanism countries or to float its currency. Finally, the Bank of England was forced to cancel the currency out of the European Exchange Rate Mechanism and to devalue the pound sterling, and Soros earned an estimated US$ 1.1 billion contained by the process. He was dubbed "the man who broke the Bank of England".

Soros is a shrewd commodities (currency and metals...) trader who made loads of money the unfashionable way: he bet the right opening and took huge risks that made him a multi-billionaire.
Now, unfortunately, unlike Bill Gates and Warren Buffet who are trying to bring pious to the world, Soros is spending his billions funding extreme left-wing propaganda machines such as the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU.. http://www.aclu.org/ ), People for the American Way (http://www.pfaw.org/pfaw/general/ ), MoveOn.org (http://www.moveon.org/ ) and even Air America (http://www.airamerica.com/ ) , the completely disgraced and utterly unprofitable radio network that espouses left-wing hate-mongering beside the likes of Janeane Garafalo, Al Franken and other Hollywood leftitst types.
All you own to do is check out these sites to see what kind of creature George Soros is and what he believes in. Careful to read between the lines and interest how fair and on the edge the sites are to the left and the right. Notice the vehemence nearby, the out-right hatred of what we Americans enjoy grown up to love and nurture.
For instance, here is a sample of what Soros wishes on his radio program, Air America:
This is just today, 07 July 2006:
Randi dialogue to "Bush on the Couch" author Dr. Justin Frank about the President's manic observation during yesterday's press conference.
Sergeant Mathew Bee is an Iraq War veteran. He serves with the Third Battalion Twenty Fifth Marines Weapons Company. Sergeant Bee have won several medals for his service contained by Iraq, but there's one medal he doesn't want to preserve!
Randi talks to Mark Crispin Miller, author of "Fooled Again," nearly what we can do to make sure the elections aren't stolen again.
Laura Bush uses her tuition background to help out immigrants revise English, her way. Here she shows them how to practice risk-free sex- from the Jerry Springer Radio Show. (That's right, Jerry Springer- that lovely, stand-up American man...)
The ACLU is trying to get "lower than God" removed from the Pledge of Allegiance; trying to get gay conjugal legal contained by all fifty states; trying to sue the West Oaks Mall for saw, "Merry Christmas"; and trying to erase all posture of the Christian religion as it exists in the American ideology and society.
All of this is funded contained by very significant part (think Billions...) by Soros. There are oodles subchapters of funding, mostly being circuited through communist and socialist groups. You can look it up. It is real- true.
Soros and his ilk are utterly disgusting individuals and they irritate me beyond idea. And guess what? I am not even a Christian nor a homophobe! I certainly don't mind when someone have on a Santa Claus outfit when I go shopping contained by December! With Soros' idea, adjectives that would be gone. "Happy Holidays."
I mean, why should I be accost by some Christian or Jewish religious fanatic freak who manifestly despises Mulims, Buddhists, Hmong, Shinto, Aboriginal, Cannibal and Moonies- calling, "Merry Christmas," all the while trying to collect dimes for gimpy and dyslexic little kids I don't even know, when I am at the shopping precinct simply TRYing to get an abortion for my sixteen year outdated daughter? Those obnoxious happy bastards better only just leave me the hell alone. There oughtta be a lawsuit!
Ask yourself: is that okay next to me or is it just wrong?
I am a conservative: I believe within old-fashioned thinking of family, home, romance, standing up for the little guy, believing I can do better and construct everyone around me a better and nicer person.
Does it nouns like Al Franken wishes to make anyone a better personality, or does he just want to titter at and pick on President Bush and his wife? Have a good sneer with his chum Jerry "I'm the guy who put the *bleep* in *bleep*, baby" Springer. Well, tolerate me tell you, he who laughs later, laughs best.
That is George Soros. Forget that he is filty rich- just rememebr that he is filthy. He is the worst loving of "do-gooder" moron this world has ever produced and he can filch his money all the approach to bowel depths of Hades, for all I carefulness.
Then may he see the error of his ways. And only later may he rest in peace.
which is the best mutual fund to invest?
Question:terms and conditionsAnswers:
I do not know the answer to that press. But I will share what I do know. The dollar is falling like a reentry vehicle. So it stands to function that the best mutual fund will likely be one that invests surrounded by overseas securities, with China anyone a good bet. One i.e. rising like gang busters is TDF, but the item is up about 28% so far this year. Developing country mutual funds enjoy been really hot, especially India, but I imagine many of those market are very speculative.
IF is up 80% so far this year--Indonesia
TRF is up 62% Russia and Eastern Europe
No fund investing surrounded by the U S is in the top 25 of the closed downfall funds!
How about index funds??
PBW is up 38% It indexes to verbs energy portfolio. I would give the name that rather speculative.
EWZ is up 33% It indexes to Brazil stock souk.
FXI is up 28% It indexes to Chinese stocks.
There is no index fund indexed to a broad U S market index specifically in the top 25.
All index funds and adjectives closed end funds are traded freshly like stocks. You can buy or put up for sale as many shares as you similar to. You can hold them 1 day or possibly forever. You can buy and sell them during regular bazaar hours.
They do however have expenses, purely like embark on ended mutual funds.

how to guess the trend of indian stock market for subsequent afternoon?
Question:Answers:
There is no need to guess, my friend, you can see it contained by the numbers.
What you need is a couple of parameter set into your charting software that will tell you the broad direction of the markets. I instinctively use http://www.bigcharts.com/ but I do not know if the Indian exchanges are listed in attendance. (I have notice that the biggest problem with trading overseas shares is that nearby is very little information available and what is available is relatively expensive vis-a-vis American websites...) But if you can find a charting site that has the Indian souk on there, consequently here is what to do...
Choose your parameters of OBV (On-Balance Volume...) and MACD, plus doesn`t matter what else you want, like RSI or Momentum. The On-Balance Volume is a primary indicator and will predict the market's action for the coming minute or week. If the OBV is trending up, later it will continue up. If it is initiation to flatten out and decline, then the open market is soon to decline.
Use the MACD (Moving Average Convergence/Divergence...) to tell you how long the trend will verbs. The farther away the two lines (i.e., the more divergent they are...), the longer the trend will stay in effect. As they move closer together (converge...), the more expected a change will go off in first the OBV and afterwards in the market.
Of course, in today's market, where any word at all is used as an excuse to buy or flog, it is difficult to predict from one day to the subsequent. After the market stabilises, you will find this system really reliable indeed.
Oh, and as to the Asian markets...don't be fooled because they are first as the sun comes up. They are second when the market go down and specifically the important article. The Asian markets once in a while lead the US market. Rather, they tend to follow the US quite closely.
Best of luck to you!

Why are analysts other axiom that change within the DOW are smaller number significant on days next to a low trading volume?
Question:If the DOW goes up 30 points, why do I contemplation what the total market volume be? My basket of stocks still go up 30 points, right?Answers:
Because if the volume is low, only a few race were self-satisfied with the modern price level.
Although I am not abiding that I agree with their logic 100% - whether the volume is low or large, there be an equal number of buyers and sellers, i.e. nation who thought it was the right time to bring in, and those who thought it was the right time to receive out.
That is why indicator's giving an indication of momentum works better, and why you need to analyse trends, not individual facts points.
Other Answers:
The idea of the Dow have less impact is unrelated to the volume. Trading i.e. described is on the market as a intact. The Dow is a representation of 30 Blue Chip stocks. This does not necessarily represent the market as a unbroken (maybe the S&P500 or Wilshire 5000 do this better--because of representing more stocks). But the difference as seen historically is smallest. Short answer, but it does address the question.

For most stocks the big bull market finished in 2001. They own pretty much gone nowhere since that time.
Today's bull market is contained by companies that produce commodities such as oil, crude gas, base metals, and precious metals. This bull flea market has a long bearing to go, so don't be put stale by the fact that these stocks enjoy been going down for a couple of weeks. They may own farther to fall, but they will expected start coming back up between in a minute and the end of the year.
Some mutual funds are set up for specific sector such as mining or energy. If you call for current income, check the prospectus (the document they always convey you before you invest) or telephone the company to see what their payout rate is.
A good plan is to invest slowly over time. If you buy very soon and it goes up, that's great. If it go down, you can buy more at a lower price. Either way you win.
Best of nouns to you.

Mad Money near Jim Crammer?
Question:Anyone watch Jim Cramer's Mad Money on CNBC.....also, what is your favorite subdivision of the show.
What do you think....and witch time do you monitor ?
6:00pm 9:00pm or Midnight.
I think he's awsome.....I love his show.
I never be even remotely interested in investing, untill I come up to come across his show.
Now I'm hooked.
Answers:
I'm an investment adviser and I survey Cramer most days. He worked at Goldman and ran a evade fund. Make no mistakes the guy knows stocks. However, on Mad Money he tend to focus on trading instead of long term investing. Nothing wrong beside trading except most people don't hold the time or discipline it takes to be successful at that hobby. Also no one can recommend 2-4 stocks a sunshine 5 days a week and not have some implode. But don't expect he hasn't had some huge winner. He has! Our mission should we choose to adopt it is to try and figure out which are the cherries and which are the pits. Booyaa!

Apparently, have a intelliegent conversation or program is not a hit maker. That is doleful, but back to this Cramer guy: can't he prove a point if he have one without yell like a moron?
He used to be on a website that give investment advice for a duty. The Street.com or something like that. I found his warning to be somewhat vague. When he did form a specific comment, I usually found his prediction to be wrong. He's become a TV personality, that's for sure - have he ever helped ancestors make money contained by the Market - not sure I watched it one and didn't close to it. He crashed my stock on CNBC. The MAD MONEY show is $uck! Make himself look like an idiot when he throw the chairs.

Diversify the money. Go see at least possible three different professionals and get their advocate. Look at real estate and adjectives other avenues. Compare potential income and look at the funds history very warily. Be wise near the money. Make sure that 10% is money you have access to and can be cashed contained by just surrounded by case of an emergency.
Put it surrounded by bonds. Stocks are dangerous within some cases, unless you are very confident contained by where to buy. Bonds are secure and trustworthy. I'm sure you know what they are, but you basically lend money to a company up and coming, and they pay packet you back beside a nice interest rate.
100.000$ is not enough to buy a house. What other investment you want? You entail at least 500.000 to start thinking of some serious investment.
Think of the one piece that always go up in plus? Real Estate! Buy a house, fix it up and sell it for a profit. brand name sure the repairs you have to do are minor, look for homes that havbe be on the market for a while. You would be surprised to find that frequent people don't verbs or paint their house before selling and that alone can effect people not to want the house!
It depends on how frail you are. The older you are, the more conservative you should be.
It sounds resembling you are interested in guaranteed returns, so you should consider a money open market account, or annuity.
Not to brag but I enjoy about $250,000, IN THE BANK, within various compact disc accounts. I know they dont pay deeply right now but I can sleep at night and not worry something like loosing it. By the way, I did not inherit it, I earn it in valid estate.
Don't hire an advisor. They don't really want to mess with the amount of money you own. CD's are doing well right now--I hold some at 5.25% which is as much as many stocks are doing plus the CDs are insured. If you own about 6 months expenses some place insured, mutual funds might be a obedient idea. Some places don't charge much for starting. T.RowePrice and Fidelty are suitable companies (I have investments there) but near are other good companies too.
You might want to check out the Suze Orman website or buy one of her books.
I would make available the money to me. That's a surefire way to generate me richer.
my personnel choice in TAX FREE bonds. The interest is a moment or two less than other investments, but of late as safe. Plus the income is TAX FREE from feed taxes. Seek professional suggestion on what the RISK free investments are available out there. Their return may not be the uppermost but at least they are CERTAIN or out of danger. Investing in property could be a accurate proposition but DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS VENTURES. You will lose it all ! Do not travel for 'clever' schemes. They never work. Do not be a sucker_, essentially. Best adviser, your local sandbank manager. If he tell you to invest in things close to government bonds, if these things still exist, later do it. What I would really advise to do is NOT to judge about GREAT returns but to reflect on about protecting your money from INFLATION. Bank executive of a reputable bank, is your best bet. Money brings problems and headache so Good luck.
I have basically read the advice "onehanginglo" is giving you. It sounds pretty solid to me. And "sparkler" is recounting you about existing estate and that sounds great too.

how is merit of $ claculated contained by equavilent of indian rupees? what adjectives factor effect it?
Question:Answers:
Like in most capitalist market, the value of the Rupee within terms of the USD is determined by supply and constraint.
The next sound out then is what affects supply and constraint of the two in relation to respectively other, and that is a hollow topic. Some of the most important ones are the relative inflation and interest rates, and adjectives expectations for the two countries relative to each other. There is some added complexity surrounded by that the dollar is not only the US currency, but also perform as a sort of international standard. Reserve banks hold dollars when they "save", etc.
To bequeath a list of adjectives factors would be impossible, but anything that would spawn people prefer investing contained by one country, or its currency, above the other would make it onto your account.
