what is the difference between shares and mutual funds? which is better to invest?

Answers:
1) Mutual Funds are baskets full of shares
2) Stocks

Other Answers:
depends on your risk aversion, attitude towards fees, and what type of stocks (i'm assuming that's what you meant by "shares") you want to invest within. Need more info.
Shares are literally part ownership of a company. A company gamely sells itself sour to the public to raise possessions for it's business.

A mutual fund is where you bequeath money to a manager or manager and they put their money where they muse it will grow the best. The better they do, the more customers they attract and therefore the more they return with paid.

The smaller number you know, the more you want to find a mutual fund with a honest track record. Just use the mutual fund screener within Yahoo financies or at CNN.com's business section.
mutual funds are best to invest.Remember other the stock market meaning will rise.Mutual funds have specialist who work for us.

Stock you own to work urself and acquire huge profit or loss.
It is safer to invest in mutual funds since u hold no stock market experience. Mutual funds are manage by experts whose role is to diversify their fund's portfolio with different types of shares. In funds ur profits are fixed but secure.
On the other appendage, investing directly in the stock exchange could be profitable but risky. There is a saw " high risk big profit" but you should be experienced to do so.
Mutual funds invest in shares.
Shares are considered section of a company's capital.
Mutual Funds: There are advantages and disadvantages to mutual funds. 70% of adjectives mutual funds underperform the market surrounded by general. There are a couple of reason for this. One is that many charge glorious management fees, some 2% a year and complex. Another reason is that masses have especially large amounts of money to invest, billions of dollars, so they own to spread it around.

The main power of mutual funds is that you can purchase a diversified portfolio with one purchase.

There are litterally thousands of mutual funds. Some own a front end nouns and some do not. The front end nouns is a sales charge.

Mutual funds also come contained by hundreds of different flavors, ie, they have different objectives. Some invest contained by bonds, some invest in growth stocks, some invest within health keeping stocks, and so on. So picking a mutual fund can be perhaps more difficult than picking a stock to buy.

Buying shares. The biggest disadvantage of purchasing shares is that unless you diversify you holdings you are subject to a greater risk of some adverse happening cause you to loose a significant portion of your investment. This is call non-systemic risk. On the other foot, if you choose wisely, such as buying grease stocks 2 years ago, you reap your rewards.

Investing... What is a reliable source, if you don't really know what you are doing?

Answers:
As Mark Twain stated: Predicting is a difficult task; specially when you predict adjectives.
Obviously there is no such entity as a 100% reliable source.
However, you can find relations, trends, etc. that can help you to nick better-informed bets, but they will still be bets.
You can consider such things as P/E, cost structure stability, sales and/or/ network income growth, etc.
And don't expect a 100% result. (if you achieve it , launch a fund)

is the ratio P/E contained by nouns, related to interest rate of bank? how much should be surrounded by a usual company?

Answers:
P/E is not related to interest rate.

P/E is the ratio of price to earnings of a stock.

Price rewarded vs earnings for the second year.

The lower the P/E is, the better.
To rate a stock only by P/E, you would want to compare it for adjectives stocks in the enclosed space the company is in. Of course P/E is one and only one of the many measurements to steal into consideration when deciding to purchase a stock.

Other Answers:
Interests rate are made contained by direction from the Federal Reserve. They set the rates in which bank can borrow.
The price is how much the company is worth as far as the current trading. (if you multiplied by the total number of shares but you don't need to since...)

The proceeds are how much profit the company made. They are calculated per share.

Think of it like this. You neighbor owns a cleaning company that he can get rid of for $100,000. After all expenses including his pay, the company made $10,000 last year.

The P/E ratio is 10, to be exact 100,000/10,000. What does this tell you? Not greatly until you compare it to another business. The guy down the street owns three espresso stands worth $100,000. He made $24,000 profit last year. So his P/E is 4.17.

What does this bring up to date you now? Everyone like to say that the P/E depends on the industry, but the bottom queue is you want to make money. If you have to own one business over the other then which business do you want?

Aside from personal preferences, you should lone need to consider the growth potential. That is which business will grow faster? The cleaning or the espresso stands? Even later if the Cleaning comapny will only grow a touch quicker you would still be better off buying the espresso stand.

The bottom strip is that P/E is the major factor within value investing. If you answered emphatically that you needed to buy the espresso stands then you are making the correct verdict to want to invest in a meaningful business. If you wanted to argue that the cleaning business might grow faster and consequently could be sold for more more quickly, consequently you are not a value investor and the P/E will hold little to do with your decision.

The one thing that remains true of a business, if you can't bring in more profit than the government bonds (risk free investment) afterwards you shouldn't be in business. This is as close as it get to relating to interest rates.

[Of course, it is ok to start out losing money if the plan is to eventually make much more, but the eventual aspiration is to make more or it isn't even worth it overall. Maybe to a select few but not "for the greater good".]

What do you research surrounded by a stock?

Answers:
Everyone is different and as a result, different people look at different things formerly they purchase a stock.

I suggest you get a book or five on stock bazaar investing and start learning as much as you can if you want to become accurate at it.

And by the way, companies that cater to relatives who invest in the stock marketplace by selling them up-to-date information and analysis charge hefty fees for their services, so I wouldn't plan on doing this without a nice, big nest egg to set off with and a perfect job to subsidise yourself up when things go against you and you lose some money.

Ask on here and post your first name and address so they can send it to you.
There own been abundant stories about race who put a classified ad contained by a paper or magazine, and have people distribute them lots of money. Since you actually hold something specific, and the church you want to build is presumably a real piece with tax-exempt status, it might even work. However, one million Christians is moderately a lot; why not ask for larger amounts and not expect so tons people to respond?

Even so, you would entail to write your advertisement where on earth the maximum number of christians would see it. I will leave it to you to do the souk research. Just remember how close to an old-fashioned fraud your want ad may sound.

How do you research a stock?

Answers:
Depends which investing strategy:
Day trading (buying and selling short run): You don't need to research much more than the what sector the company is. More importantly you necessitate to research economic trends (such as impact on giant oil prices, shortages of textile, etc.) and how they impact that stocks sector. Buy low, sell elevated when the economic trends cash.

For true investment (long term): Look at how long a company has be in business. Look at earn growth by quarter, check stock price history to see if it is on an up turn or down turn. Also check out the competition (best is when there is a merger and you procure stock from the competitor during the buy out). Remember stock portfolios are really meant for 20 yrs to be of existing value, label sure the company has progressed better than the stockmarket average. Or basically buy mutual funds which take assistance of many stocks' trends.
