The source is simple: No serious vendor would grant Forex Trading Systems.
Here's why:
Though they call it the "Foreign Exchange" at hand is no exchange. Prices are NOT regulated or standardized as they are in the futures market. In fact, when trading Forex you are trading against the broker and not against other traders.That's why they can "guarantee fills".
You are trading against the house, and the broker take the other side of the trade. Keep in mind that you receive the forex quotes from your broker, and he can vitally display any price.
Take a look at the following Forex quotes. All three screenshots were take on Tuesday, March 21st at 3:30pm US Central Time.
I used three different websites to obtain the quotes:

Take a look at today's high of the USD/EUR currency twosome:
* The first data source reports it at 1.2164.
* The second dat source shows 1.21595 and
* The third notes source reports a high of 1.2166
That's a difference of 6.5 ticks (= $65!).
As you know, adjectives indicators and trading rules are based on the following five facts:
* Open,
* High,
* Low,
* Close
* Volume
There is no volume information available when trading Forex, so you're already limited when creating a trading system.
And after there's the difference between the data sources, which cause the following problems:
* False Signals
If your trading system is based on the high-ranking of the previous day, you would hold to enter the market tomorrow at
.... uhm.... 1.2164? ..... or 1.21595? ..... or 1.2166? ..... or I don`t know something completely different?
* False Fills
Let's say your trading system give you a signal to enter the market today at 1.2160.
If you'd be using broker No.2 you would own been jam-packed, but what about Broker 1 and 3?
Probably no crowd there.
Do you see the problem?
How can a serious merchant offer a trading system, if you find false signals and false fills?

There may be two reasons why bid and ask prices are showing N/A.
1. The company's stock have been halt or is under a acting cease trading writ by the exchange.

If you contact your broker you can enter a bid. This does not guarantee anyone will be willing to put up for sale you the stock. However, as they always read out everything is for sale at a price. If your bid is attractive ample it may bring the offers out and you may be capable of pick up stock.
HOWEVER, you should think around what is the company worth and what are the prospects for it going forward. Is it worth placing a very attractive bid on a stock i.e. in trouble? No.

A house with 620 of Net Operatin Income sale price 125,000 the cap rate if a divide 620/125,000*100= 0.536 will that be my trilby rate or woul be 54% . PLease helpAnswers:
