Should one borrow money from bank to invest surrounded by shares /stocks IPO?
I wanted to invest surrounded by stock market and I dont hold money, but my real problem is... should I borrow money from commercial bank to invest in the Initial Public Offer(IPO). Is it too risky. Everyone think it will go up. Some think it will depriciate and hence I may loose. HelpAnswers:
Definitely not. While the interest you'll have to pay cheque is fixed, the gains from investing within stocks are not (especially IPOs which are extremely risky, usually individual investors stay away from those). If you're going to invest in anything, buy a bond (assuming it's coupon rate is a great deal higher than the interest you'll be paying on your loan, which is probably unlikely). As a rule of thumb, investing is for relations who have extra money.
Other Answers:
No. It is too risky and to achieve ahead, you must be stable and borrowing is not stable...for the stock market.
Stocks are going up and down, and alot (If not most) of the stocks are dropping. I don't think you should do it. You would single borrow to invest if you believe the return on investment is going to be higher than the interest rate of your loan. For example, if you borrow money at 5% interest rate you entail this stock to go up AT LEAST 5% previously you're making any money - anything less would tight-fisted you're LOSING money overall.
The fact that you are even asking this query indicates that you're NOT confident that the ROI is going to exceed your borrowing costs, so you really shouldn't borrow to invest.
Do consider that if the stock returns less than your interest rate you've not merely lost capital, but you'll also own to service the loan since even selling your stock doesn't put you in the clear. Its adjectives bad.
The marketing spiel financial companies typically pump out something like magnifying your gain by borrowing to invest put too much emphasis on the positive side. Anything which potentially magnify gains also magnify losses - and whilst you might be ecstatic making more money, the other side of magnified losses is far harder to do business with.

Any Asian country is great to invest in looking at it on a long occupancy basis. It other depends on how tallented your foreign partner (local party from that country) is. Most of the time foreign investors are eyewashed and decieved. Its mostly roughly speaking luck.

what happen to prices and interest rates if the dollar drops significantly?
Answers:
The single largest effect is to foreign trade. Foreign goods become more expensive (gas and everything you find within Wal Mart)ergo inflation or increased prices. The trade deficit goes up so the senate has to borrow more money to pay packet the cost the debt. This creates a greater demand for credit (credit squeeze) and the interest rates travel up. The problem can be fixed by decreasing the trade deficit, increasing the money supply or both.
Other Answers:
They both go up because of inflation.
The prices rise. Interest rates remain like or even fall to awaken buying.
prices go down as withdrawal of interest for product or demand. Interest go up to offset the loss that lenders will incurre due to loss of product emergency. Brief and to the point ok
lol, ignore the previous response, the being who made it is clueless fool.
if dollar depreciates, imports will be more expensive and foreigners' emergency for domestic goods will shoot up as in good health.
result: price goes up, interest rates stir up. and pressure on the dollar to appreciate.
economics baby.

In the American flea market, energy & medical stocks should do capably. The outburst of Avian flu is still underestimated and when that or other tentative diseases break out this year, pharmacy stocks will out-perform. If you're into investment funds, try Global Emerging Market Funds. Although they are quite lofty now, it is predicted they will run a slump surrounded by the summer but will peak again towards the terminate of the year.

I do not assume that there is an overall percentage difference between a cfa charterholder vs. a non-cfa charterholder.
My experience is that individuals (including myself) who have become cfa charterholders and remain at duplicate job do not commonly have any chnage surrounded by their salary. Perhaps if you be to switch to a new employer afterwards your salary might adjust?
I think the CFA designation help to make you marketable printed but I do not believe that it necessarily makes you a better analyst. Only working within the real world can do that which is why nearby are plenty of excellent analysts without the cfa designation while plenty of smaller quantity than excellent analysts who are cfa charterholders.

Actually for us common associates who really have no time or setting to do more than guess, if you invest in a mutual fund you almost can't shift wrong. Find a no-load fund which means nearby is no up front fee to buy into the fund. There are plentifully of funds available. I would advise picking a company that you see or know something about already. I do find that "growth" funds are great, volatile but really great for the returns. My own portfolio is truly doubling in utility about every 7 years immediately.

how do i find the beta on grease?
Answers:
hi hows it goin.....saw you had no answers and i considered necessary to make you consistency loved. sry cant help beside question. own a great day.
Other Answers:
If you can use Excel, it's undemanding. When analysts speak of beta, 99 times out of 100 they are referring to the S&P 500. Download to sets of data: the price of grease and the price of the S&P 500. You have to specify a time time of year. Usually, 3 or 5 years is used. Then, for each column of information, calculate the on a daily basis price change. Finally, regress the % tweaking of the S&P 500 against the % change of grease, where the % cash of the S&P 500 is your x value. Excel give you the beta, which is also called r squared.
Since the S&P 500 and grease have virtually no correlation, in that is no meaningful beta estimate for oil. I consider what you want is the Standard Deviation, a pure volatility measure.
