Well, first of all who know what the stock will be worth in 10 years? What ever the equation is, it have to take into information the rate of inflation, an unknown; interest rates, an unknown, the dividend growth rate of the stock, an unknown; and investors' expectations, an unkown, among other things, which are probably also unknowns.
Your earnings would be ($43 - $7) $36 per share. If you are trying to numeral percentage return or compounded return, use the calculators at www.dinkytown.com
Stock is not calculated, it is something you own. If you are looking for rate of return, the formula is future advantage to the one divided by time power. That value is later divided by the present value raise to the one divided by time power. That value after has one subtracted from it and that will provide you the rate.

In your example, the formula would be (43/7)^(1/10)-1=rate.

No. IRA's may not hold certain classes of assets and closely held corporations are one of them. Likewise, if you happen to be the Chairman of IBM, you couldn't invest in that any.

Only certain kind of trusts can be S corp shareholders and a Roth would not qualify as far as I can tell.

I found one source to some extent quickly, you could read from the irs website to confirm.

Do NASDAQ and NYSE have same trading methods?

Answers:
No as answered above:

NYSE has a specialist who keep the book on orders and directs the goings-on. He/she can buy or sell for their own reason and to stabilize the market.

NASDAQ have multiple market maker and ECN's showing the bids and offers on the trading system. A more rational and transparent system to the investing public. In theory nobody is charged beside stablizing the market, the free marketplace decides where on earth the price goes. NYSE is buying ARCA/ex which is an electronic exchange, because the handwriting on the wall say... electronic trading will replace specialists someday when the public wakes up.

Other Answers:
No.

NYSE have specialists, NASDAQ has marketplace makers. Very different systems as to how the shares are traded. NASDAQ have most of its trades on computers. The NYSE still has traders on the floor. NO, intensely different trading methods.
