Real estate
For long occupancy I'm using the John Hancock Mutual Fund Strategic "A". So far I'm pretty content with it.
Look for "Blue Chip" stocks. Companies that we adjectives know are not going to go cleaned out anytime soon. (i.e. Coca-Cola, Anheiser(sp), Pepsi etc...) Make sure your goal is written down and DO NOT CHANGE YOUR GOALS. IM pretty clean to this but from what ive seen/read people lose greatly of money when they start off beside one goal, and wind up with another. hope that made sence
vanguard total stock souk index fund
Take your dollar, fold it in partly, put it in your pocket and don't spend it. Later on when you verbs it out you'll find your money has doubled(over) That's the solely way you're guaranteed not to lose it.
I'm sure you hear the saying of don't put your eggs adjectives in one picnic basket. The same is true for retirement savings. Take positive aspect of your employers 401k, put money contained by IRA's or ROTH's, and have stock and bond funds. I also resembling individual stocks, but most people do not hold the time to devote to keeping and eye on them.
Best long term strategy is this..Take $100, every two weeks and put it into a growth mutual fund. They are sold by every company, they are atmosphere risk but medium return as in good health, Have the $100 taken from your bank justification every two weeks to buy more of this fund, (You won't miss the money after a couple of months) When you can, (Like when you get a wage increase) Have this extra amount deduct out of your account and into the fund. Any time you achieve extra money, put it in the investment

I own done this for 27 Years, I am a millionaire and I still have $500 every two weeks going into mutual funds

Value of $10.00 silver licence?

Question:
good shape

Answer:
In nonspecific, if it is a silver certificate beside the series after 1929 and the condition is not Crisp Uncirculated (meaning no folds, no wear, no tear) then it is worht exceedingly close to face importance.
If it is something more unusual such as a North Africa war issue afterwards it could be worth much more.
You need to provide the series year, color of the trademark, a better description of the note's condition and any other specific information necessary to determine if it is unusual.
$11.00
Take it to a coin shop and ask them, or run to a library and look it up in a current, coin and mound note record
Depends on the year, depends on the condition and it depends on the cerial code. Does it have a star after the code? Does the code start beside a 0? These things can raise the convenience. I would guesstimate that your silver cert is probabily worth around $15-$25. Silver certs are worth there counterweight in silver... which isn't much

Share marketplace and within function surrounded by india?

Question:

Answer:
every trader passes through three stages:
Every trader loses initially.
The trader begin to make no profit no loss
The trader starts to engineer profits

We strongly believe that every investor who comes for trading initially gives losses as he/she is powerless to have control over his greed and shock. At times with adjectives the information and luck in his show partiality towards, he makes profit, and later because of his new over confidence, trades more which results surrounded by his profit gone and also sometimes a portion of his capital gone, This cycle of anxiety of the losses and greed to earn more makes him initially make available losses

Out of the total investors who enter the first stage, 80% of them finish off at the first stage merely and after an year or two find that the stock market is not their cup of tea. So within the 2nd stage only the 20% investors try to break even within their trading and quite seriously of them are able to hold control over their fear and greed near a result that they stop giving losses. Now these traders are ready for the 3rd stage

This stage where on earth a trader makes consistent profit i.e. he does not make available loss cheque to the broker. In fact this is the stage which everyone wishes to enjoy in the stock open market. But we strongly believe that anybody who wishes to come to the 3 rd Stage has to go by through the above 2 stages.

What is the best article to look for when evaluating stocks? Why?

Question:

Answer:
Net profits. Called earnings. Think more or less it. What increases the capital of a company? What are you buying beside the price you pay for the stock? All possible polite reasons to buy a stock come from the proceeds. And then how exactly you use the number. Definitely look at it as a returns per share (EPS). Yes, do compare with the price - the P/E ratio. But more importantly look at the trends of developing of the profits either on a graph (or table) of EPS or simply as lattice earnigs (for example in the income statements).
Very really importantly see how this trend (possibly going up nad accellerating) compares with other comaonies especialy one contained by the same industry and/or sector.
P/E Ratio. It tell the value and at hand is a forecasted future helpfulness. anything under 20 is in good health.
Sorry but there is no ONE best piece. There are many things to consider. Why? Because not a soul measure or standard will let somebody know you whether buying the stock will likely dispense good results.
Earnings. The stock price is in actual fact determined by earnings.

This guy above said p/e ratio. Disregard that because unless you know how to use the p/e ratio the right route (that is to compare and contrast with historical information such as other p/e ratios surrounded by the
same industry) it will serve no purpose to you and instead confuse you.

It is in need a doubt earnings. No profits and all else is out of date
as the stock will tank.
it depends on what species of stock you are talking almost
hogs,cows or chickens

Value of $10.00 silver ticket?

Question:
good shape

Answer:
$10.00
it depends on what year it is, the condition it is within, and alot of times even the serial number it has on it.
It depends.

The singular TRUE way to communicate the value of an item is to exchange it between an of a mind buyer and seller within an arms length transaction.

However, in your satchel of collectibles, you may want to either consult a) an appraiser of numismatics b) numismatic literature or c) eBay

Generally these coin/money items aren't worth much beyond frontage value unless they are crisp or hold some extreme rarity to it's class.

Like I said above, look in magazine, have someone look at it and/or check on eBay. EBay would probably be your best bet as to what to look for contained by the ballpark.

Or you could see when Antiques Roadshow comes to down :).

Good luck.

http://www.money-review-site.com...
Currency trading involves the buying and selling of national currencies: francs, grades, dollars, pounds, yen, etc. Standarized lot sizes of a currency are put up for sale, where on earth the seller asks and the buyer bids a distinctive price. There is always a buyer and a vendor on either side of these transactions, and money is without beating about the bush credited or debited to one side or the other upon liquidation of the parties' positions. Prices are determined within the market by supply and emergency of a particular currency, and price change are measure surrounded by pips, that is, the minimum price fluctuation surrounded by that currency.

The spot currency market is a currency market that be designed for actual delivery even though that uncommonly occurs presently except with institutional participant. The currency futures market is a contract marketplace that was designed as a money for currency holders to hedge their spot positions, by transferring risk to speculators who wish to profit on future price change. Currency options and currency futures option are contracts that provide more sophisticated speculative and hedging tools.

The forex market is OTC, explicitly, over-the-counter, where transactions are carried out broker-to-broker, fairly than on a centralized exchange. Forex futures, however, are traded on an exchange, and regulated by the CFTC here in the US, since they are, within fact, futures contracts. These market trade electronically 24/7, and have proven to be the most soft, ie. volatile, markets surrounded by the world.

Trading currencies is much like trading any other asset: it occur through a broker, generally requires an amount of risk possessions, and is a commission-based service (brokers earn a "spread", that is, the difference between what a currency can be bought and sold for at any given time). To uncap an account requires an application, acknowledgement of absolute risks and the funding of the account.

OPTIONETICS, does it work?

Question:
I went for the free seminar and signed up for the course, immediately I am a bit apprehensive, I can still get a compensation in 2 weeks time, can anyone share his/ her experience or feelings, please. Thank you.

Answer:
I generally agree near the previous answer, up to a point. That answer ends with the sentence "If it is worth the money, or if you can seize your knowledge from other sources is a query you must answer for yourself." This begs the query, if you know little about option, how can you determine if it is worth the time and money?

The answer, in my belief, is to learn more more or less options up to that time deciding if you want to attend the course. Option trading stategies are no secret. You can learn them from books at a fraction of the cost of attending an Optionetics class. I recommend "Options as a Strageic Investment" by Lawrence McMillan and "Options Volatility & Pricing" by Sheldon Natenberg.

If you do opt to take the class, wouldn't it be better to enjoy some background first so you can ask more intelligent question during the class?

You should also be aware that based on what I own heard from others, one of the things you will be skilled in the class is that to really swot up the best techniques you should sign up for one of their more advanced classes for a few thousand more dollars.

Finally, the Option Industry Council have some free basc on-line classes at

http://www.888options.com/

as well as some free seminar. While the seminars will not prepare you as much as an Optionetics class, they will give you a karma to discuss any questions and concerns you hold with a live soul well trained surrounded by options.
It is my response that these seminars are only just infomercials to sell a product, and contained by this case it is a course.

I guess it is give or take a few options and futures open market...If you are not experienced in everyday investing , I would take the money fund and not be talked into taking the course
Options and futures open market are very risky, whip a lot of money, and are really just for sophisticated investors.

I am a sophisticated investor, I have more than $1,000,000 invested surrounded by the markets, I hold been investing for 40 years.
AND I WILL NOT TOUCH, OPTIONS, FUTURES AND THE FOREX MARKET
Let me first counter to the previous answer, because it is rubbish. If you chose not to touch options, futures, and forex, because it is speculative, you clearly don't grasp them, and you should not call yourself a sophisticated investor. The size of ones portfolio is not an indicator for sophistication.

Options are markedly interesting and exciting products and can be used for many purposes, including risk reducing strategies, income enhancing strategies, and as you would expect also speculative strategies.. But yes, it takes some time getting a correct feel for them, and I would cheer up you to learn as much in the region of them as you can, either through books, discussions next to experienced users, and indeed good courses. From what I hear Optionetics is a reputable company, and I would expect you to get honourable training from them. If it is worth the money, or if you can get your skill from other sources is a question you must answer for yourself.

Stock market's day by day change?

Question:
What're the things that change everyday (related to accounting) surrounded by stock trading in increase to share prices and the volume of shares purchased?

Answer:
Interest rates and currency valuations also transmute daily and own an impact on stock prices and valuations.

For example the renovate in the valuation of the $US could impact the constraint for US stocks on US exchanges.

Likewise, changes within interest rates can affect the valuations of stocks since they directly impact the effectiveness of alternative investments to stocks. In other words, if bonds and treasuries become a more attractive alternative they could take emergency away from stocks and put downward pricing pressure on stocks.
Consumer spending first. The confidence is needed.
Global anxiety, jobless claims, the housing market, adjectives play a major role.
Small time investors usually lose their a**.
If you want to invest..jump with Commodities, resembling Precious Metals, or Oil. They also can be a roller coaster ride, but watch it and see the outside influences that own an effectie war, droughts.
Or merely save your money.
your grill is not clear , what you want to know about the stock open market

Where and how do you buy foreign stocks?

Question:
I am interested in penny/sub-penny and regular stocks. Thanks!

Answer:
Buying foreign stocks is undemanding if they offer ADRs, similar to CHL or IBN. Many foreign companies that don't have ADRs, still can be traded within the US through the pink sheets, like Vestas, VWSYF.pk, and Gamesa, GCTAF.pk.

You can also buy foreign stocks directly on foreign market through Schwab, but I believe you will pay a big commission.

You might want to rob a look at the following 2 portfolios of Indian and Chinese stocks which trade in the US market as ADRs. Both of these portfolios have done enormously well at Top10Traders.com:

A foreign shop
foreign stocks trade on foreign exchanges. some trade on american exchanges. they have ticker symbols as ably. where ever you buy current stocks you can buy foreign stocks. they usually trade as adr's
you should look for places where on earth you can trade. i'm not into it myself, yet, but try looking it up and at most minuscule RESEARCH first at things like: Vanguard Group, www.fool.com, ameritrade, www.morningstar.ca

and really do months of research literally. penny stocks aren't expensive and you can trade tiny amounts (though beside service charges you'll want to invest at least hundreds) but really read these sites and read more something like what you're getting into. buy some money magazines, investing and business mags. If that souds boring next don't bother investing! you'd wanna be interested and good going into it. or at least possible well-read.

i've been researching, investing within safe mutuals (ask your sandbank and research) for about 3 months, and am solitary thinking of trading online later surrounded by the year.

meh. do watcha want, right. but just be smart and you can in actual fact come away winning and not purely thinking 'at least i tried'.

Where can i soundly invest my stash which will earn at lowest possible 8 to 10% annually.?

Question:
i dont have any background/knowledge surrounded by stock market. so pls abet me.

Answer:
This is a high return. Stocks return 10% historically but near is a signifiacant amount of risk. If you want to get into stocks, buy a SPY (S&P 500). This will administer you diversity with 500 companies, and it pays a dividend.

Other option are mutual funds, Vanguard World Index Fund is a good choice.

If you want stcoks, you want diversity through a mutual fund or ETF, such as the SPY.

If you are holding this for a extent of 20 years, long term, you'll be polite. Short term, you could lose 10% basically as easily as attainment it.

If you can settle for 5% with virtually no risk, do a money flea market fund.
The higher the return you want, the more risk you enjoy to take. An 8-10% return will anticipate it is not a very out of danger investment, by the way most relations define "safe".
U can try to invest your money contained by www.eaindex.com/?id=ZIAM6843. Daily return rate 1.8% to 2.3% and also other bonuses. Try go through the pattern first and I already started invested and the return is great!! Try
Call Fidelity @ 8OO-631-1504 or go to Fidelity.com/investment. Ask to buy American Funds, it is the best method to invest your money over time. It has conquer all other investment companies and forms of investments since 1934. If you have put 8000 dollars in that fund within 1934 and did not touch it you would have earn 66,504,440 dollars today. What ever you do stay away from Smith Barney and the other crooks out there which charge outrageous fees for what Fidelity can do for no fees..KECK
8-10% secure return is nonsense, Steve G is right.

I would shame all the specific direction until you answer the question - what is your envestment horizon. If you enjoy a decade or two before you involve the money, then stocks build sense. If you have 5 or smaller amount years stocks are far too dangerous. If stocks, later one method is extremely broad diversification (the SPY [S&P 500 SPDR] is one, but I prefer broader indices like the Wiltshire 5000. There are also methods of select a portfolio of stocks for higher return for a given even of risk (MPT), but the advantage is marginal, not the extra 3-5% you are looking for.
I'll bequeath you two.
SPY(Spyders)- S&P 500 Exchange traded fund
DIA(diamonds)- Dow Jones Industrial fund ETF

You should yield around 14% a year beside these.
Nothing above the yield on command bonds is "safe". Gov bonds are yielding 3-5%.

Even soaring quality corporate bonds own risk. The question is whether the extra risk is worth the extra reward.

I believe the answer is yes. Long occupancy, the SP500 has returned 11%/year. You will see ups and downs, but will gain a better return.

Find a good mutual fund beside a good long possession average and low annual fees. You probably shouldn't take specific warning on buying stocks or funds on the internet, but If you can't figure it out, Vanguard SP500 fund is a well-mannered choice.
There is no 'safe' investment. Investing means taking risks.
Investing contained by mutual funds, stocks etc have the folllwing:
Returns: Unlimited (if it out perform..u can smile & retire)
Guarantee: None
Risks: Borne by you, the investor. If stocks, MFs go down...ur investment significance falls likewise.

Now would you consider this?
Returns: Limited
Guarantee: Guaranteed Fixed Returns
RIsks: Borne by the Company...not you.

If this would interest you,
try this.

It was never a SC involvement but some clowns scamming others by encouraging them to invest beside some Swiss Union Bank. Anyway, hell with skeptics. Question:
Say what it is and why.

Answer:
I like Novavax Inc. NVAX. It's speculative but it looks similar to they have the bird flu vaccine which is huge. I also similar to Daystar Tech. DSTI. They are working on producing ultra cheap solar collectors that could change the entire industry. Again speculative, but next to huge potential. May not be the best, but I like them ample to own a few shares. I wouldn't put all my money within these stocks because they have the potential to stir under. Question:

Answer:
the stock market not solitary affects the U.S. but the world it is a very gauzy balance of world trading and exporting. Just look at what happen in the Great Depression the end time the stock market fell. If it wasn't for WW II and President Roosevelt we would still be surrounded by the Depression.
good quiz
wont hurt you if you dont do anything.
wont hurt you if you do...
Will hurt you if your careless and stupid though..
the stock souk itself will not affect you, it merely reflects other situations that may affect you whether it be recession, inflation and different things resembling that.
