What's the best online trader?

Question:
What is the best online trading site and why?

Answer:
Scottrade is pretty good. I've used it for almost two years now. Low comissions of $7 per trade, open market or limit, and no other kind of fees. Worth checking out.

Also, this one I've come across recently, just2trade.com, haven't used it but have the lowest margin rates guaranteed and $2.50/trade.

Some others I've come across worth considering:
zecco: free trades
BankofAmerica: free trades, but have need of min. combined account set off of $25K
sogoinvest: 1.50-3/trade
speedtrader: 2.95/trade
tradeking: 4.95/trade
Scottrade.

Note: If you have more than $500.00 and smaller quantity than $2000.00
Etrade is great and is a very promptly growing company as well.
Sharebuilder.com and SogoInvest.com are the best online trader!

I would move about for SogoInvest because it's only $1 to trade!
I hold been exceptionally happy beside Scottrade.

How much does a abiding pig can hold?

Question:

Answer:
If you put $100 bills into a piggy bank, it could hold a full lot of money, but for a more realistic answer I'll assume that you're single putting quarters into the pig.

A quarter is approximately 800 cubic mm. A middle-of-the-road sized piggy bank stands in the order of 6 inches high and is nearly 8 inches long. Subtract out a couple inches for surface volume and the legs and you have roughly speaking 4 inches X 6 inches oval shape to fill contained by the pig's belly. For simplicity, I'll assume it's a 5 inch diameter sphere which. Such a sphere has a volume of give or take a few 65 cubic inches.

This would be easy math if the station perfectly complete the sphere, but unfortunately the camp will not round out the edges of the sphere and will not be perfectly stacked on respectively other. I'd guess that 85% of the volume could be filled. 85% of 65 cubic inches is 55 cubic inches. 55 cubic inches is approximately 900,000 cubic millimeters.

900,000 cubic millimeters / 800 cubic mm = 1125

So 1,125 station can fit in the pig. That is $281.25.

Altria (MO) Spinoff of Kraft Foods (KFT): Why did I receive the KFT eventhough I didn't own MO at Record Date?

Question:
I have a brokerage information with Banc of America Investment Services. I purchased 40 shares of Altria on March 27th, and did not own any share at the March 16, 2007 transcription date. I, however, still received 27 shares of Kraft Foods when it was spun-off yesterday. I thought you have to own the shares at the record date contained by order to receive the recently spun-off shares of Kraft. Does anyone know why?

Answer:
There are two possible reasons:

1. MO be trading "with due bills", i.e. even though you be not record date holder when you purchased it on the 27th for settlement on the 30th, the actual ex-date of the spinnoff you be actually purchasing the "due bills" of the dictation date holder along with your MO stock. So short knowing it you bought KFT also. Nice work!!

2. Bank of America Investment Services made a mistake.

Call your broker at BofA first thing on Monday in the past you do any trades in KFT.

Good luck.

Fixed investment contained by economics refers to investment in fixed means, i.e. tangible funds goods (real way of production or residential buildings), or to the replacement of depreciated capital produce.

What is the out-and-out worst investment you can cause and why?

Question:

Answer:
The absolute worst investment you can net is by following investment tips here at RunEye.com
Any investment that you know nothing just about the company, what they do, or why they want your money. If you're going to do that, please just dispatch me the money instead.
I would say FOREX.

They use 100% outside edge. So if you deposit $1,000, you control $100,000 of currency, but If your investment drops by only 1%, you will lose the entire $1,000.

I spy that they are now offering 200 to 1 border, so if your investments drops by only 1/2%, you would lose it adjectives.
A car is the worst investment most nation make. They, for the most segment, only depreciate contained by value.
If I told you confer me 50k and I'm going to invest it into a stock that i guarantee will only lose helpfulness would you? No, But people do it next to cars everyday. The worst investment ever.
But i do have to plead guilty, I did it as well. But that does answer your interrogate
Buying a insurance plan like "intact life." The agent benefits NOT YOU. Many come to nothing to do their homework and buy these worthless policies only to be disappointed down the road when they finally rouse up.
The worst investment you can make is in the nude shorting on margin. This is a remarkably easy agency to loose a far greater amount than you put in. With most $1,000 investments you can simply lose $1,000. If you "spent" $1,000 to naked short on border, you can lose $10,000 or more.

Roth IRA and your income?

Question:
Well, the rules are if you earn and income under 100,000 as a single. Well, what if you Make a Roth IRA consequently you land a employment making $120,000 a yearafter you setup a Roth IRA? Or let's say you terminate up making it big in music and are selling billion dollar annals? Will you still keep that roth IRA?

Answer:
I estimate you're confused between be able to contribute to a Roth and have a Roth. You can open a Roth anytime, it is purely an investment account. But to know how to contribute to it is another story. Let's say contained by 2006, you made less than $95k, you will still know how to put $4k in your Roth; after in 2007, you land a $150k job, and you report that much in your taxes, next you won't be able to contribute anymore to your Roth. However, you still can retain your Roth next to the $4k you put in the previous year along next to any investment gains you might hold made.
Roth or not - the answer is, yes. Because you opened it surrounded by the year when you qualified for it. Tax rules in subsequesnt years may prevent you from making contributions ot it. If you qualify again surrounded by a given year, you may contribute again.
You CAN keep your Roth... You simply stipulation to provide proof of what ever the IRS wants to see in connection with anything having to do beside income.

I have just now been told it is $150,000.oo

This proves to NEVER believe what you hear unless YOU do the research yourself. My due accountant has even taken on the IRS in connection with some of our taxes and the IRS was wrong. It pays to own someone a lot smarter than YOU working for you !

Is investment prohibited (haram) contained by Islam? If not, which company should i invest near?

Question:

Answer:
I am not Muslim, but my understanding is that it is dissipated for a Muslim to earn or loan money at interest. Investing in the stock flea market is buying ownership in a company. You individual earn your money when the company earns money. Even dividends are base upon profits of the company. If it is illegal for a Muslim to own stock, none of the Muslim surrounded by my neighborhood could own stores, motels, dry cleaners, or any other business. Muslims would become only wage earners. Being an owner of a business is not indistinguishable as receiving or collecting interest. So the answer must be NO!

Start out by looking at growth Mutual Funds. Mutual Funds buy stock (ownership) within companies for you. Look at Yahoo Finance to select ones with a biddable 5 to 10 year track record. The younger you are the more you want to look at small hat growth funds and mid cap growth funds. As you draw from older you can move a larger percentage into hulking cap mutual funds and utility funds. Look at Yahoo Finance for definition. When you look at mutual funds, look for funds that invest 100% in stock (equities) and none surrounded by bonds, because bonds or debt instruments collect interest.

Do your research but the information is all available at Yahoo Finance and Marketwatch.com. There are plenty of honourable websites. Don't look for the ideas that will earn you a million overnight. They are scam. A good return is between 8% & 12% per year. However within are some good funds that earn over 12% per year on average. Check them our to see if they fit your desires.

Again be sure they have a pious 5 and 10 year track record. Put a specific amount within them each month. Don't find greedy. After 10 years you will be shocked at how much it has grown. At $300 per month at 10% growth per year, you will hold over $60,000 (you put in $36,000) and if you verbs this for 25 years you will have $400,000 dollars (you put within $90,000). In 35 years, you really reap the rewards; that same investment is now resourcefully over $1,100,000 (you put in $126,000).

Now if you are diligent contained by your research and can get 12% per year return on your investment, consequently

the 10 year figure = $70,000 ---- you still merely put in $36,000
the 25 year digit = $560,000 ---- you still only put within $90,000
the 35 year figure = almost 2 million --- you still just put in $126,000

The more you earn and the more you put surrounded by, the better off you will be. Get started presently. Start a Roth IRA to save on taxes. Don't hang around. It is hard to acquire started but the benefits are outstanding.
It would seem so, judge by this Wikipedia article on the "Islamic Bank of Britain", with mention of not anyone allowed to earn interest on savings, etc.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/islamic_ban...

However, if you're living contained by a non-Muslim run country (e.g. US), it's not like you own to tell the intact world and his dog about what you do beside your money + how you invest it - Check out http://www.sharebuilder.com + the investing section @ http://www.fool.com to take started.
interesting.tell me something what is allowed?.
