Just depends on where you live and how various expenses you would have where on earth you live.
what about 25,000,000 arod make...
Depends on where you live, your experience and what the available job is.
If you refering this to USA I think, average income is $20000/year

Global Investors Community

I contemplate it depends on where you live and the lifestyle you are accustomed to. In am contained by NC a town of 75,000. I would think $47,000 is perfect for a woman here and average for a man. I would think $70,000 is a devout income for either - especially if this is a 2-income home.
1) No.
2) No.
Average income contained by my county is $27,000. So 47k is a lot for my town. I rate $435/month rent so 47k in those lingo is a lot of money within terms of cost of living surrounded by my county.
$47,390 is not a lot! It's an okay income! Most of my friends' income are from $75,000 to $120,000!

My income is around $68,000. I guess it's alright since I with the sole purpose have a B.S. level in Engineering.

Stockmarket crashed ;Which means of access out?

Question:
TSX lost 4% of its value; Economy is moving how to recuperate??

Answer:
Well, the scene last week be just a minor correction, we are due for a main correction in the 2nd piece of this year...

there are 2 foremost forms of share investment, short term speculation and long possession buy-hold

in long residence buy hold, you shouldnt be concerned about flea market corrections as these are inevitable and would help uphold the market at a stout, as long as you are not affected by short occupancy fluctuations, you will see long term returns

for speculation and short permanent status strategies, basically bazaar moves in 3 ways, up, down and sideways, the strategy for an upward trending open market is to go long, i.e. to buy low and deal in high. for a sideways bazaar, options will relieve structure positions to make money, lastly, surrounded by a down market, you own to have the competence to go short, i.e. put on the market high cover low. by shorting the marketplace you will not be concerned if it falls as that is the direction the open market has to move for you to earn. if you do not own the ability to short the marketplace, you will lose out on profits 1/3 of the time and also be in ur current vexed position if the souk were to fall down.

if u require more info just drop me an email.
I pocket it you are talking give or take a few the correction of last week which started surrounded by Japan. Most analysts are saying it be just a small correction. I believe the big correction is ahead of us. The market are running on inflated prices . It has be too high for too long. The bubble will burst. It is duplicate as the American economy, too well-mannered too long. The time for the american dollar to be devaluated is way over due. The brightest fire burns the shortest.
Relax! Market purely going thru normal correction process that have happened abundant times. If your investment has one and only lost 4% there is no inevitability to panic and look for exit doors. Everything so far moving as expected. Too heaps positives to ignore. It will recuperate. After 20 years of investing, only look for exit doors at 10% DOWN. Keep the creed!
Technically speaking, we've only experienced the first surge of correction. When major correction take place, it is not uncommon to see the 2nd and 3rd wrinkle following through very drastically. If you aren't prepared to short the marketplace, it is wiser to get out of the flea market completely asap (take the loss if necessary up to that time a small loss becomes too big). You can other re-enter the market when the bullish momentum builds up again. Right in a minute, I personally judge that there is a much greater chance of breaking down than up. It have been up for so long that this first whirl of correction should have more strength to exert its presence. The investors' sentiments hold appearently changed - fear overules greed very soon. You probably don't want to be the last one departure the party.

Need abet determining if a project looks similar to it could be successful!!?

Question:
Hello I am putting togethor a project for a company. I am trying to determine if the project should be undertaken beside equity (such as a common stock issuing) or if it should be done beside debt financing. Here are some of the statistics I have put togethor.
I requirement 120 million dollar either from equity or debt.
-My IRR is 24.76%, the Wacc of the company lower than the current situation is 20.46%
-I determined that if I issue stock my equity would increase by 120 million, which would cause my Wacc to dance up to around 20.51%.
-The company currently has roughly 98% equity and 2% debt.
-I also determined that if I establish to take on the project next to debt financing my Wacc would be roughly 16.77%.
-The NPV of my project under the equity method is around 10.2 million dollars. The NPV underneath the debt method is around 21.4 million dollars.
From what my data is showing taking on the lower Wacc (debt financing) seem to optimize my NPV. Does my data seem to be to make sense? Any direction thanks!

Answer:
Figure on financing by debt, next pay down the debt beside the stock issues. If you can get the financing, to be precise a much more sure thing than hoping to capture what you need on an IPO. If the IPO works, consequently payoff the debt early. If the IPO doesn't work, afterwards when you arranged financing (assuming it will fly for whomever you pitched it to) then the project is already closer to letting the hot stockholders realize the wisdom of their outcome. This increases the value of the stock, which enhance the ability to borrow more for the subsequent expansion project.

Yes. REIT's own been great but you couldn't reward me to invest in one right immediately. It sounds like you be chasing performance and that's not a great channel to choose an investment. I hope this isn't your only investment money. You requirement to be diversified and no one sector should be more than 10% of your portfolio.

Wealth? That might be an exaggeration, but I hold made over 70% on my investment in FRESX surrounded by a little over two years.here have be ups and downs...currently I'd say we're swinging up again.
Probably if you compare holdings between these two, I'd almost bet they're terribly similar.
Just guessing I'd say you made a nice investment.
Good luck to you.
You're comparatively late to the body. Reit buyouts + huge total return has be available for yrs. Not likley to see too much for a while now. Better to buy closed extremity funds like IGR but even that's giant now.
You did miss a big run up contained by the last couple of years but you are not too behind, in my feelings. There is still room to grow. In the last few days, from the NY Times business screened-off area: 1) "The sale of a 41-story skyscraper for $1.8 billion--a recordprice for an department building in Manhattan--closed closing week, and the deal is symbolic of the red hot constraint from big investors for commercial properties...New York office sale seem set to exceed the $30 billion of 2006." 2) The billionaire investor Carl C. Icahn has built up stakes within 2 companies...because he believes the shares are undervalued. One of the companies is a developer of housing contained by Florida. 3) Late yesterday, a group of investors offered $38 bilion for the nation's largest office innkeeper, setting off the biggest buyout affray since the fight for RJR Nabiscfo nearly 20 years ago. The group consists of society from Vornado reit, Starwood Capital (of hotel fame), and Neil Bluhm, a Chicago real estate mogul. 4) "Owner of Outlet Malls Agrees to a Buyout." Mills Corporation agreed to be acquire for $1.4 billion by Brookfield Asset Management. And this in purely the last 2 days. Mergers and buyouts are going nuts. Those companies not involved contained by these deals, very well there is a clich¨¦ on wall st., "a rising tide raises adjectives boats." It means other reits unnamed, may very resourcefully be the object of buyout study soon. I am keeping my REIT funds and collection a nice dividend as I dawdle.

Here is a document of stocks that MSN Money feel are "top-rated" - embezzle your pick!
If you will be patient (that is, not trade if they don't immediately move about up) and ride out the bumps, I believe that Aspreva Pharmaceutical (ticker: ASPV, about $22) and Headwaters (HW, almost $23) are both excellent long-term value propositions.

A good company to invest contained by doesn't necessary connote they pay dividend. In reality, i really hate it when companies retribution dividend. I would rather own them buy back shares and return to investors within that form. Dividend is a pain because you enjoy to pay taxes on it. There are plentiful companies to choose from, check out http://ibooyah.com for some analysis and ideas. It's free and intensely straight forward.

Help necessitate warning surrounded by the Stock Market?

Question:
Hello, Im 19 years old and needed to learn a touch more about the stock open market and how it works.
In the stock market right presently and i see all these things that dont really twig, hoping that someone could tell me what adjectives this means?

$ Last Trade - 27.87
Volume - 45,216,569
$ Change - 0.12
% Change - 0.43

Knowing adjectives this can someone tell me what adjectives this means and report to me if i did own this stock how much money i would have made?

Thanks surrounded by advance.

Answer:
OK.

Last trade-- this is the price at which shares of the stock be most recently sold by somebody to somebody else. While the price of stocks fluctuate constantly, this is approximately how much you'd pay cheque if you bought the stock.

Volume--number of shares that were traded during the sunshine.

$ Change: the change surrounded by the price of the stock since yesterday's close.

% change: the % by which the company's stock price have changed since yesterday. (ie 12 cents was 0.43% of the company's stock price at the close yesterday.)

And you be staring at Microsoft before you asked this grill...

If you have any other question send 'em along.
Impossible to let somebody know if you owned the stock if you made money, because I dont know what price you would have remunerated, but the numbers you posted means this.

Everytime someone trades the stock, is post at what the later trade was

Volume is how copious shares have traded for that light of day up until that point

$ Change means its up 12 cents since the hours of daylight befores close

The percentage change is how several percent it went up since yesterdays close.
it mode the stock was traded at 27.87 and redeploy they got posterior was .12 cents and the other element i dont know and the volume is the volume the stocks go up or down. and heres a site where on earth you can learn jargon www.investorwords.com
100 shares would mean $12 which might take-home pay your commission to buy - might. Don't need to swot how market works to invest. No scholarship to buy ADX PEO EFA EWa IAu and otherwise build a portfolio. Invest - don't speculate

I want you to go to investopedia.com ---totally free and it have a lot of information for foreign investors and even has a stock simulation activity.

What is the core difference between a Value mutual fund and a Growth mutual fund?

Question:
Keep it short and simple. Thanks!

Answer:
Different strategies. Growth funds look for smaller companies they feel are going to pinch off. Higher potential return, but high risk as well. Value funds look for companies whose stock prices are lower than the merit of the company divided by the number of stocks, regardless of size or growth potential. Value funds are typically more stable over the long haul, but don't provide the upper potential of growth funds.
oGrowth funds invest surrounded by the stock of companies whose profits are growing at a rapid tread.
oValue funds buy companies that appear to be cheap, relative to their earnings.

http://www.personalfinance101.org/?utm_s...
A Value fund pays better dividends

A Growth fund pays lower dividends but the stock (or share price) is suppose to increase.
The Growth one is riskier and generally offer higher rewards. However the risk of not making the reward is greater.

The Value is lower risk but safer. Your rewards are more likely to arise but be lower.
