is a prudent choice, investing contained by property?

Question:
or which are the other options where on earth we can make a perfect money in short / long occupancy

Answer:
Any investment made wisely is a pious choice :)
In this regard, if the analysis have been made on the property to be invested, provided it have the right potential for growth then investing within property is a wise choice. It can be a landscape, it can be house, it can be office space. With the current bazaar being buoyant, near foreign investments allowed in unadulterated estate industry, this segment is expected to grow in this year too. Apart from IT and ITES, Retail, Infrastructure, Automobile, steel, pharma, Telecommunication and Insurance industry are growing, which again have been helping the Indian cutback to a great extent.
Then, if you can do a good analysis, and looking for short permanent status returns, investing in Stocks is also a great and pious option. The Index is expected to break trial records this year.
If you are looking for a bit secure and a long term way out then Mutual Funds is a righteous option to invest.
Infrastructure bonds are also apt options to invest on the long possession.
Finally to say, investing surrounded by a good business can also be a knowledgeable choice...
Hope these choices are useful.
Property is other a wise choise, The expediency always go up. For example a house i lived in years ago be bout with $17,000 it be turned around about 12 years following and sold for $75,000. Cant go wrong beside property. Good Luck!
yes of course it is advisable.
it deepends d locality u live, if its a urban place u can dance for landed property. currently its not wise to invest within gold or silver etc cuz expediency added is less as compared to indisputable estate or shares. better u can go for investing contained by real estate business.
you get to live somewere, so buy a house and live in it until it's to small for your wishes, don't just save paying rent.
hi i am mahesh and i am working at hyderabad in IT company as a sale executive. your answer is it was a best do business to invest in non moviable property because of very soon a days the price is heavy increasing within this field one and only and it was safe and sound deal and you can earn flawless money in short interval.Because of Every common man dream is having a flawless and own house.
YES, it is best choice to invest on property either house or parkland.

The second option is Mutual Funds
Real estate right very soon is cooling off contained by the US, which means it might be a polite time to buy as prices have fall some. Keep in mind that genuine estate for the most part is a long-term investment. People tend to forget the closing costs when they purchase and after that sell a property. I suggest buying a commercial building and setting up a triple lattice lease.
investing in property, especially contained by hose sites or land is the best investment choice.while buying you must look within to the validity of the papers, location of the site, free from vastu defect,.also you study the market rates of other places within the city and compare the rates.you should enquire weather the site you are purchasing is undisputed site.

I hold $7,000 dollars contained by my pocket. Which one is the best track to invest this money?

Question:

Answer:
I am affraid I do not know the best way, but I do know some honest ways. Chinese stock market have just taken a hit and the stocks enjoy dropped about 10% and more. The country have a lot of potential. CHL is surrounded by my oppinion a real apposite investment. The largest cell phone company in the world, contained by the country with the ultimate growth rate and the largest population. Seem a no brainer to me. You do not want to put all of your eggs contained by one basket or if you are a race fan on one horse. Maybe $2000 at the most. SWZ is a closed terminate fund that invests in Swiss companies. They do not hold the growth potential of CHL, but they will protect your dinero from the falling dollar and it is a rock solid investment. Maybe another $2000.

How about an index fund? PID. International dividend achiever. Not the international. I am not too high on the adjectives of the dollar. Maybe another $2000.

That leaves you with $1000. Put it within the bank and liberate it for a rainy time. Sort of a bazar concept in this light of day and age, I know. But there is constant recommendations for that ancient concept.
The stock open market is so volatile right now - I would buy a one year compact disc.
Capitol One - 5% APR
Iv got a bridge I can provide you.
That is a loaded question. It depends on how flexible you are next to the money.

If it was my money and I might have need of for emergencies, later a savings explanation might be better suited, because it can be accessed anytime, but interest rate is low.

If the money can be tied up for a long time, afterwards CDs or the stock market may be a better opportunity. If the stock market, you should read up thoroughly about how the stock souk works and decide how much risk you are inclined to take. This risk-factor will help out you decide which stocks to buy. Good luck!

Do you requirement a hill story to interested up a disc?

Question:
Are there any other requirements?

Answer:
No.

CDs are not a impossible investment as a portion of your investments. They are insured up to $100,000 by the FDIC. I've got some that reimburse me 6.75%. That's much better than stocks have done over the ending several years.
I'm not certain, but I believe adjectives you need to buy a disc is an address, a valid Social Security number and the cash to fund it.

But if you are a infantile person, a compact disc is the very worst place to put your currency...
no account needed
The guard needs to know who you are, so that someone else can to claim you stuff. In the infirm days they used to issue a real qualification with a stamp and a logo. Today they freshly give you a laser printout
No u dont enjoy to have a guard account but something like so much money to have a disc
No, but consider opening an report and then depart a savings description with somebody similar to ING ( FDIC insured). Currently they pay almost as much for a hoard account as plentiful CD's and money is not tied up. If liquidity is not significant look and see what I bonds ( US savings bonds) are paying. They foot a rate adjusted for inflation.

Dividends..who requests them?

Question:
They should really get rid of dividends. It isn't even worth it.

Answer:
Sounds to me approaching a statement form an investor with not a large amount of experience. I suppose you would rather own the company give the money to the CEO close to HD has done?

If you check out the stocks that enjoy a 10 year history of raising their dividends you will find out that they own performed better than going on for 80% of the stocks available for investment.
It is worth it I know of some that pay me more within divedends than what I payed for the stock and they are great income for retired people
I vote the heck with dividends!
If you don't apprehend this basic concept of nouns, then you should at lowest possible learn this principal phrase, 'cause you're gonna need it through a long member of your life:

From what experience are you speaking? Or do you have any?
They could verbs those paychecks they keep hand out to people next to jobs, too!

And the interest bank pay on money accounts, who needs it?

Are you a fool or do you merely play one on TV? What exactly is your problem with publically held companies (owned by shareholders) sharing their profits next to the people that own the company (the shareholders)?

Your request for information makes no sense!
I obligation them. I like to sit and get sure I get remunerated to effectively lend my money to the corporation. I also like to kindly of watch the dividend rates as a minimalist estimator of company conduct.

Question:
yesterday gold touched 667.5 $ within NY bullion market. But within is no significant change happen in Indian souk why?

My dear friend the Gold prices are almost equivalent to international markets contained by India,I think you own not taken the unit of mass in consideration while asking this sound out, it was 667.5$ within NY per tri ounce that means app. 27000/- RS. PER 31.33gms. i.e. Rs.9200/- per 10 gms.
Prices of a commodity within the market are base on the availablity.
To reduce more robbery.
gold ingots prices are higher by 2-3% within india compared to international prices.
it mirrors the moves in the international flea market
all the market have differnet dynamics and adjectives need not co relate to respectively other
Prices of a commodity in the flea market are based on the availablity.
Indian souk is based on the closing prices as the open market in NY open when Indian mkt is closed.
So, the price fluctuation is based on closing price not the intraday dignified and lows

What is the minimum investment required to build a clad share portfolio?

Question:
I received a bonus from work and have lb3000 available to invest. Rather than purely putting it into a cash ISA I am considering first performance an online sharedealing account and investing within shares.

However, even the cheapest online brokers charge a flat fee of around lb8-10 per trade.

I don't mind a moderate scope of risk, but I get the fear that after trading fees are deducted I will struggle to hammer the performance of a tracker fund or even a average savings picture even if I make well brought-up stock selections (and this is by no scheme guaranteed!)

Is there a standard rule of thumb for the mimimum amount of money that a private investor should have earlier they consider investing directly in the stock flea market? Should I just stick beside a cash reserves account, or possibly tracker / mutual funds?

Answer:
I'm not sure nearly this myself so I am playing with msn virtual shares and seeing what happen maybe this will lend a hand you if you practised first
http://secure.digitallook.com/cgi-bin/di...
why not try an 'investdirect' account next to hsbc
The only sure method to build a small fortune buying shares is to start with a big one.
Use your charge free allowance in ISA to the maximum beforehand you even think of this. lb3000 seem a fortune to me a few years ago. We subsequently bought and sold property (real estate) with impeccable timing, so as you may well picture there is a "little" bit more floating around in our time. Would I invest in the Stock Market? Emphatically NO! Nor would I insist on anyone to invest in a Personal Pension Fund after the "Norwich Union" experience! The substantial amount of money we piled into this as self employed over plentiful years I could have invested next to greater accuracy myself.

UK Interest Rates hold just gone up again. Savings Rates are a bit slow to respond, but it will merely take one Bank or Provider to break ranks and the rest will hold no alternative. Constantly look online for the best deals. Beware of short residence offers that will revert to zippo after a few months.

As Spock would say aloud: "may you live long and prosper".
The 'rule of thumb' is to purchase in 'lots' of at lowest lb1000.

HOWEVER, now might not be the best time to invest ... the FTSE is at an all-time big and Inflation & Interest rates are going up.

I recommend you consider all forms of in your favour (see 'fool' below) -

If you want to take profit of this years ISA allowance I suggest you find a 'stocks & shares ISA' that also pays a decent rate of Interest on the brass.

You also need to start reading up on how the Stock Market 'works' ... (and one word of restraining = stear well clear of 'Penny Shares' and anything specifically 'recommended' via junk email).
You can trade much more cheaply than lb8 via halifax sharebuilder or motleyfool sharebuilder.
3K is plenty for 3 holdings. Most people want a portfolio of around 15 holdings, personaly I would budge for 7, 5 companies and 2 ETFs.
You could try CFDs or spread bets, this would enable you to place more lbs worth of trades than you hold money for and by placing stop losses you can insure yourself against getting into debt, also commissions are cheaper and there is no rates.
3K is definatly enough to invest but don't spread it too flimsily - definatly 1k a share or if thats too risky for you 1K per ETF or fund.
Over time shares tend to rise in price and to rise dividend payments and buybacks so even if you spawn a mistake it should work out in the finish.
Go for medium or life-size companies with proven dividend paperwork and buy for the long term, reinvesting dividends.
I would agree near "5yellowchips" I think you can buy up to lb1500 worth of shares near Halifax sharebuilder but you only buy and sell once a week which isn't a problem if your a medium to long occupancy investor. I checked this out a few months ago & I think you can obtain away with as little as lb600 approx. per traffic anything lower than this & you got to pick a right share to make a profit. I also construe you'd be better with 5 x lb600 worth of shares instead of 3 x lb1000 & try diversifying across different sector & then run your profit's & stop your losses.
I trade contained by shares a few times a year and normally don't invest smaller number than lb1000. As you mentioned trading costs around lb10 a trade. So this is equivilent to 1%. Add this to the stamp duty and it comes to 1.5%. I try to keep any costs of trading at this or below and presume this is reasonable.

With your lb3000 you could do this but you could one and only buy 3 companies. This would lead you to be overexposed to these companies and not bestow you a propererly diversified portfolio.

I think your best bet would be to start an ISA tracker fund. If this (plus other savings) get to about lb10K you could get going to look at individual shares as a balanced portfolio should contain 10 stocks as a minimum.
I'm not sure what the conversion is but contained by the US a fully diversified portfolio can range from $40,000 - 80,000

Is the stock marketplace long possession (for when you retire) income or short possession income?

Question:

Answer:
Your question is relatively vague. Are you asking in the region of long-term vs short-term capital gain for taxes or a more general cross-question about whether you should invest contained by the stock market for retirement purposes or for making money up to that time retirement?

From a capital gain point of view:
- Stocks held for more than 1 year is roughly considered long-term
- Stocks held for less than 1 year is unanimously considered short-term

From a general point of outlook: Most people use the stock souk to generate income outside of retirement and can hold a stock for a very long time or a extremely short time. So it depends on your financial situation and how you need/use your money. Money specially for retirement should be used in 401k and IRA accounts.

This is not import tax or financial advice. You should check next to a tax/financial advisor for your situation.
Any investment past 1 year is considered a long possession
It is both. Some people "day-trade" where on earth they buy a stock at a low price and sell it at a superior price the same afternoon or within days of the purchase. This is silly for the average consumer, as you might pay $4.95 to $29.95 (or even more) respectively time you buy or sell a stock. Unless you enjoy a lot of money to trade, discount prices, and low commissions, I wouldn't even dream of a stock purchase contained by the short term.

If you do your homework on a finicky stock, buy it at the right price and hold it. You have in the region of the same coincidence as real estate of it growing contained by value. Both mostly do, just see the market.

I am not a financial broker, so I am unacceptable to give financial warning. Please consider this as only what works for me, not counsel to you. At a younger age, I invest in more risky items, to include stocks and aggressive mutual funds. As I grow elder, I move the majority of my investments to less risky, but lower dividend plans, so that I enjoy less risk of volitility.
You can use the flea market for whatever. However, commissions and fees involved beside making large amounts of trades will munch through away at any profit you make. I expect it's best to use it as a long term tool of luxury accumulation. You procure into a company that's going to be around in 20 years and the stock is nearly guaranteed to appreciate significantly contained by that time with inflation and things of the sort... unless the stock splits, which is never impossible for you really.
Both.

What stocks?

Question:
what is a good website that tell me good stocks to invest contained by, in the UK...

Answer:
motley fool
advfn
digitallook
don't be inefficient, research companies that you unerstand, and go beside what you know (from warren Buffet).

If you're too busy to spend a few hours everyday keeping up with the companies that you invested surrounded by, then stick it contained by a mututal fund.

Investing in stock short research=gambling. Don't gamble your money, invest it properly.
Sorry, I fastread this cross-examine and thought you were asking roughly Stocks, I make them near or without spikes surrounded by the neckband, they go down okay at village f¨ºte especially if you can get the local bobby shackled into a set and bestow him there a while
Like the rest of the trellis, you can find a million rip-off sites that will tell you how to consume your money buying 'Penny Shares' or whatever the hottest 'fad' is (dot.com boom anyone ?).

People who have spent hours doing their own research will invest their own money and (maybe) recount you afterwards (i.e. after the price has already gone up)

You CAN reward good money to an 'Investment Adviser' who will be thankful to advise you - one and only problem is, most of them do worse than the FTSE average.

SO - unless you are prepared to do some work yourself, I suggest you put all your hard-earned dosh into a ISA Index Tracker, except the FTSE is at an all time high-ranking, Interest and Inflation is going up & maybe Shares are over valued ?
