Any suggestions for stocks that own historically weathered tolerate market?

Question:I'm looking to buy some stocks that have typically traded independent of the overall bazaar and would be good additions to my portfolio as hedge during a bear marketplace. Any ideas?

Answers:
That's a completely good ask. I know that General Electric has pretty much grown in need stopping over the last several decades.

In expressions of looking ahead, there are probably a quantity of stocks that would withstand a down market because they are "needs" that will remain throughout doesn`t matter what the economy is doing. Oil is one that I expect is seeming to trade with (or drive) the marketplace now, but if the cutback was have declining productivity, that emergency for oil (and its price) would verbs to be strong. Exxon Mobil?

Coca-Cola is not going anywhere. People are going to be drinking coca-cola whether it's a depression or if the market's doing great.

Hope this gets some thoughts going for you . . .

hi,Which stock flea market split the stock, when stock price arrive at 100 local currencey?

Question:

Answers:
The question is a bit unformed but I'll give it a shot.

Any company can desire to split its stock anytime. For example, if G00GLE wants to split it's stock at a 2:1 ratio, near will instantly be twice the number of shares on the market at partially the price. If you were a shareholder of G00GLE at that time, you will not lose or brand any money; you will have double the stock at partly the price.

It's not the "stock market" that split the stock, it's the company. And 100$ local currency is just a number. The companies can split at any price.

Other Answers:
Here's the bottom smudge to stock splits;

From an investor point of view they parsimonious almost nothing. It may be an indication that a stock have done well. but if you're watching the stock.... you'd already know that.

100 shares of a stock at $50 respectively = $5,000
200 shares of this split stock = $5,000

where on earth can i go and get a 10-12%return on mortgage back report. wiyh70% loan to merit?

Question:

Answers:
Contact an investment advisor and ask about multiple REIT (Real Estate Investment Trusts) products available. However, be prepared for a medium to long permanent status investment because REITs generally own a minimum of 7-10 year commitment without an untimely withdrawal cost. You can also ask your advisor about option for exchange traded REIT funds, or mutual funds backed any by mortgage backed securities or TRUE estate investments. For a 10-12% "guaranteed" return, be prepared for a locked in investment timeframe and possibly 2-5% up front sale loads.

Look for a company that sells Trust Deeds.

Underperformer, OVERweight, UNDERweight, MEAN???

Question:What do these terms parsimonious? I know "strong buy" means draw from u Sum now! But what are some of these "other" expressions mean?

Thanks...

Answers:
A company making a righteous book of business (sales, profits, etc.) but which still have a small price to yield (p/e) number is an underperformer. In recent years Wal-Mart and Microsoft have be sliding in share price but making money by the truckload.

Overweight and underweight own different specific meaning, depending on the context. A company beside excessive market capitalization, again, the p/e number may indicate that, it should be giant. So it has be over-bought. Successes are already counted into the price so any successes will not budge the stock much.

Underweight is most easily described contained by the context of a company with low market-value capitalization but a big technology. I own shares in a company that make a new caring of weapon, but they don't have the resources to really trademark it big. A bigger company will have to license the technology or buy them out, short which it won't amount to much.

Other issues involving under/over weight, surrounded by context, could mean something similar to heavy costs such as illustrious debt loads, low or very tight profit margins. Again, context tell.

Other Answers:
Meaing the weightings in a impartial portfolio. You would overweight (buy more) of some stocks or underweight (own less of another stock)

underperformer = It routine the co. is fundamentally good but traders/investers are not fancy almost it so the price is not moving up,In future the price may rise.

Over counterweight = It means according to the activities, fundamentals of the co. the current price of a paticular share/stock is very glorious.Traders/investers are carrying heavy position surrounded by that stock/share the price may fall down surrounded by near adjectives. You may get judicious

Underweight = performance, fundamentals of the co. the current price of a paticular share/stock is drastically low.Traders/investers are not carrying heavy position within that stock/share the price may move up in in the neighbourhood future.
