Im looking to put some money in the RPDM stock. I started a sharebuilder acct but they don't donate this stock. How would i find out who offers it and how can i put some money towards this stock.

First rotten, why do you want to buy 'worthless' stock? It is being traded at .0130. Worth slightly more than a mere penny (for now) and doing unadulterated terrible.
When investing within penny stocks you should know that more than half of them don't generate a chance contained by hell (sorry for the profanity).
It is best that you don't buy this stock, look into some better performing firms that can actually proposal you returns. As for as I can tell that this company doesn't propose much info on its profile as far as I can tell. Do research and find firms that can make a contribution you a return. Until this company goes on a bound (going up) it is not worth taking the risk. Unless you're thinking of buying this company (with at least $1,000 no doubt) of late move on.
