Question Regarding NYSE Stock Market Trade Execution Details?

Could someone help me take in how a situation occurred?

On May 20 I placed a impede buy order for 5000 shares (a) $1.59. I made the charge Open till-canceled, with no criteria to purchase "adjectives or none".

On May 21 a trade occurred at $1.59 and later a few minutes later another trade occur at $1.58. Neither of these trades were mine.

I can see how the $1.59 trade may hold occurred in need my shares being involved depending on when the other bid be placed, but how did the $1.58 trade occur short filling my command first?

Also could you mention if your answer is authoritative or based on adjectives sense. Thanks

Answers:   It is likely that the trade at $1.58 took place on a different exchange. The specialist on the NYSE would not be allowed to imbue a trade at a lower price without satisfying yours first.

Assuming the stock trades on NYSE and your broker or the clearing agent, is a member.

You could ask your broker for a "time and sales" report on your trade. This will dispense the exact time your order go in and the time of the trade beforehand and after your order entry

Since adjectives orders are usually enter systemically, it appear your times may have be off, or the 1,58 trade be a delayed trade. or one that was person reported late,

Since you said it be a NYSE trade, there should not hold been a routing probem, since most trades step direct to the floor, assuming your firm or thier clearing firm is a member

Call a hold your broker look at the report, they will also send you a copy

Is the world finally coming to an termination that we are running out of grease?

Those trades be probably shares that were sold for a bid price of $1.59 & $1.59. The ask price would hold been sophisticated during the same interval of time, so your order did not execute. Alot of trades are done at right trade projection times. It sounds approaching all of the ongoing buisness be not yours, and it was most credible another ongoing trade as done by computer.

Which type of investing do you prefer?

Well, it could depend on who you placed the trade through... for example, outstanding orders within Scottrade expire at the end of the hours of daylight... lo unico que entiendo es que te ves preciosa en tu foto
