When a stock within a sector is self bought at a premium, does that bring down others within that sector?

Figuring the traders flock to buy the stock that is one purchased to make a profit on that, and they trade what they are in within that sector to make something on that one rising star?

There are many professional investor/traders that stay near sectors a bit than move to those that are in favor

When securities own value, they are other in constraint wether the sector is in emergency or not.

Many fund companies stay wth sectors and present support in the event that positive securities become more attractive in price.
