I've been looking for a dutiful metal mining stock, and I have narrowed my survey to these two companies, FCX and PCU. I notice frequent similarities between the two but the biggest difference I noticed is that PCU have a larger dividend? But then, FCX's business is mostly contained by copper mining and I think i.e. the commodity that is contained by very dignified demand especially contained by developing countries. Any opinions on the two? Thanks!
Answers: So, what's wrong near a little bite of each? I've have great returns with PCU...and the divvy is other a nice boost... BUT, I have also see the nice performance of FCX ( and kicked myself for not getting contained by earlier)
Right now, I'm into other things, but if I be having a complex time making the decision...I'd take a little of respectively...make a comparison after six weeks or so... generate a change or agree to it ride...
The only entry on the line is your commission.and after awhile, that should be a tiny percent of your profit ( or loss) ...so don't even tolerate that be part of the equation.
There is much speculation currently that FCX might capture a buyout offer. I would speak, take your pick. It appears that FCX might be a better buy but who know? I have visit one of their copper mines in Arizona. Impressive beyond belief. It is an accessible pit mine and from the top to the bottom it is a very long opening.
