Would you invest surrounded by a Timeshare?

How much would you invest?
How profitable should it be?

How to be paid an accustomed harmonize?

Answers:   "Invest"? In a timeshare? Hmm, no.

First, they tend to be large maintenance. You own a Disneyland obligation to hang on to things shipshape, as in cruiseboat, not tramp steamer.

Second, to hang on to things stocked, booked rather, you hold to have a awfully active and focused sale and service staff.

Third, they have to stay trendy. If the timeshares down the road are doing something newer or better, consequently you need to do it too or that fadish among your clientele will be disappearing you.

Now, if you are thinking of taking that sleep over tour and buying a fractional unit for vacation (and renting out when you won't take one within this year or that), this is hardly an "investment". I've twice come really close to signing up for such, but I in recent times don't vacation that channel so there is no assistance.

As for selling a timeshare, there are serious problems. If you are chitchat about the integral resort that you wanted to invest within, then beside the gas crunch travel is currently down, so profits will be too, so buyers will not pay much for unprofitable, or potentially unprofitable businesses, especially ones beside high overhead and expectations (see points above). If you are discussion about that personal fractional entity, where you "bought" two weeks respectively year, ahem, look at all of those sale outfits that are bragging about how cheap you can draw from into one through them. They may be selling them cheap because they bought them all the cheaper.

Sorry dude, the resort as an enterprise is an investment, and this is a time to be making a detail for when things are worse and the shakeout happens so you can procure them really cheap. There just isn't ample blood in the wet to go buying, but when things are of late starting to be looking up again (the 'darkest before the dawn' concept) next you will get your best bargain.

If you are buying a fractional use share, that isn't an investment.

How to find other investors stock holdings?

Are you just asking question or have you read any of the answers contained by this forum? The word "Timeshare" and "investment" should never be used i the same sentence. Read some of the answers from others that hold fallen into the investment trap. Timeshares are inherently a unpromising idea, unless you bring a spectacular deal on the inferior market, as a break route, but as bad as they are for a time off they are many times worse as an investment. Look somewhere else for you investment dollars, something that doesn't come near a flush handle. Timeshares are not an investment. They are an expense. The resale souk for timeshares is awful, with abundant people freshly trying to get out of them and of late have someone bear over the maintenance expense obligation.

To answer your questions:

I might settle up $3,000 for a good one, but it would hold to suit my needs and it would be second foot, not from the developer.

It will not be profitable. Period. I mean it. You are paying for the right to time off somewhere.

It is not easy to supply timeshares at all, as I mentioned above.

401k and mutual funds, during these times should I move my money to safer funds?

I completely agree beside Rabbit. Good answer. I have talk to a few people who hold successfully invested in timeshares, but it's a difficult project. Most people buy them exceptionally cheap either by forclosure or on ebay and resell them for almost $1000 or so above what they purchased. It's very difficult and the profit margain isn't that great.

Overall, I would not recommend viewing timeshares as an investment.

Hgm is a stock explicitly paying a dignified dividend, what are the probability that this stock will reservoir?

My experience beside time shares is they keep you from doing other things. You are obligated to move about there and no where on earth else. Just save your money and lift nice vacations where on earth you rent instead. That's what my spouse and I do and we get to travel wherever we want.

My parents adjectives a time share in N. Myrtle Beach. Its a nice place, but they lone go once a year for a few days. They freshly rent it out cause they are sick of going within. It was purchased within 1982 and has lone increased in helpfulness about 3Xs the initial purchase price. They could enjoy done much better in the stock flea market. The rental income mostly just pays for continuation fees and taxes. It is not an investment.

Are GE /PFE/ AIG/BAC are dutiful stock to buy at this time..?

If you are thinking about investing contained by a "Timeshare company"
that is a large amount.
But if you are thinking a timeshare "week" is an investment then is a horrible conception.

Where can I borrow money from 1.5-4% p.a. online?

Is a price to earn ratio the price vs. the stocks income or the companies sale yield? (P/E) ?

No, I wouldn't.
The time interval involved is too long and the system itself is fraught with ambiguities.
